Large comfortable house near the beaches, Pont Aven region
Our 160 square meter house is minutes from sandy beaches and all water sports. Fully equipped, our light-flooded house has a 900 square meter garden in an area known for its excellent seafood, beaches and authentic culture
Our house is modern, 10 years old. It has a large sun terrace overlooking the lawn and surrounding gardens. The driveway has parking for up to 5 vehicles. Kitchen with dining area, large living / dining room, 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a toilet room. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker. Wifi, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dryer. The house is for the exclusive use of tenants.
Household linen and sheets are provided.
Travelers access
Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding gardens.
Exchanges with travelers
The tenant can choose between various interaction options with the host: French lessons and cooking lessons are available at an additional cost. Please inquire about additional services.
