The Space:

Soft coastal light filters across Holiday Isle as you step onto a quiet stretch of Destin, where calm mornings and gentle Gulf breezes set the pace for the day. Just one house back from the sand, you can wander from shaded balcony seating to the beach in moments, or cool off in the private pool before returning to an airy interior designed for easy gathering. Evenings carry a relaxed energy here, whether you unwind in the expansive game room or settle in with family on the upper-level living room sofas.



Sleeping arrangements

This two-story home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for up to 24 guests. The first floor features two king master suites, each with a private en suite bathroom. A bunk room includes one set of queen over queen bunks, one twin bunk, and one twin trundle. A second bunk room has two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle. Two full bathrooms also serve this level. Upstairs, you will find another king master suite with an en suite bathroom and a king master suite with a hall bathroom. The living room includes both a queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa.



Outdoor living

Spend time around the private pool or relax on the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. A deck offer space to enjoy the coastal air, while beach access lets you reach the shoreline without crossing roads. Beach essentials are provided for added convenience, and free parking on the premises makes arrival simple.



Indoor comforts

The home’s open living area includes a 70-inch smart TV and comfortable seating. Downstairs, a custom 1,100 square foot interactive game room offers a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and bar-style seating. Air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and a dedicated workspace support comfort throughout the year. A washer, dryer, and full set of essentials are provided.



Kitchen and dining

A gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances overlooks the beach and flows into a dining area with a large table and chairs. The kitchen includes the amenities needed for cooking meals, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, blender, wine glasses, toaster, barbecue utensils, and a dining table.

Guests are within short walking distance of local attractions, with easy access to activities ranging from water sports to golf. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
