LES HORTENSIAS - INDEPENDENT GITE

New, modern and bright cottage in an independent building on our property.
Classification: Furnished tourist accommodation 3 *.
Quiet area located 3.5 km from the beaches (coves or beautiful sandy beaches), less than 1 km from the city center and hyper-market 3 minutes by car.

On the ground floor :
- a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a dressing room
- a shower room
- a living room of 28 m², including a fully equipped fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave combination oven) and a living room (sofa, armchairs, TV ....).

Upstairs, on the mezzanine, two single beds (possibility of twinning if necessary) and a desk.

The main room opens onto a terrace in a small private garden.
Parking space.

Ideal for a good family holiday (beaches, numerous hiking trails, discovery of the heritage and the Breton islands ...), Fouesnant is located 15 km from Quimper (train station and airport), 12 km from Concarneau, 8 km from Bénodet . Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in einer super schönen Unterkunft. Schönes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und allem, was man benötigt. Einstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder in der Garage. Möglichkeit zum Barbecue. Schöne Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strände Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Fahrrad leicht und schnell erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Meine Frau und ich waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Da unsere Gastgeberin etwas deutsch sprach, war die Kommunikation in einer Mischung aus Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch problemlos und sehr nett.Die Unterkunft ist tadellos in Ordnung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben von Fouesnant aus sehr gut erreichbare Ausflüge nach Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper und zum Pointe du Raz machen können.Großes Lob an die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Très bon gîte !

Le gîte est idéalement bien placé, proche de nombreux sites à visiter. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et la propreté des lieux irréprochable ! C'est une très bonne adresse à retenir pour de futures balades bretonnes.

Le gîte, l'emplacement, l'accueil tout est parfait. Propreté, fonctionnalité irréprochables; tout le nécessaire est là. Petit espace cocooning discret et calme sans être isolé. J'ai eu grand plaisir à retrouver cette région qui me tient tant à cœur.

au milieu de tout

Très bien situé entre Bénodet et Concarneau ce gîte permet de visiter les alentours sans jamais s'éloigner bien loin. Beau gîte, bel environnement, belle semaine !!

Charmante Maison à Fouesnant

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine dans ce gite très propre, fonctionnel et tout près des superbes plages de ce petit paradis Breton. Nous avons été très bien accueilli . Propriétaire discrète et charmante.

Gîte très confortable, bien équipé et très bien tenu. Situation de choix pour explorer la région de Concarneau, Fouesnant et Bénodet. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, de bon conseil tout en restant discrets. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons bénéficié d'une météo exceptionnelle avec grand soleil tous les jours. Peut-être est-ce habituel en Bretagne ?...
