Purtroppo non ho potuto effettuare il soggiorno per motivi personali, quindi non sono in grado di dare giudizi sull’appartamento. Riguardo al proprietario, posso dire che è stato gentile ed ha regolarmente risposto alle mie richieste di informazioni prima del soggiorno.

Excelente Apartamento !!

Confort, amplitud, decoración muy cuidada, dormitorio separado con cama grande muy cómoda, baño funcional con todo lo necesario, cocina pequeña y bien equipada con cafetera Dolce Gusto. Muy bien situado a 300 metros del centro comercial de Tours y a unos 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza Plumereau, centro histórico. En Agosto hemos encontrado fácil estacionamiento delante mismo del apartamento, todos los días. El apartamento esta totalmente reformado, es la buhardilla de una casa antigua, se accede a través de una escalera de caracol muy curiosa. David Lemarie es un perfecto anfitrión, cortés, amable y muy puntual. Sabe como solucionar problemas con las cafeteras que no funcionan, Gracias !!! En resumen, volveríamos sin duda a este apartamento en futuras visitas a Tours.
