Quiet, recent house, 120 m2, with enclosed garden of 700 m2 and 300 m from the sea. On the ground floor living room and lounge with well-equiped open kitchen and a bedroom with 'Italian' shower and vanity unit. Lots of light, tiled floor, bay windows, Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, with parquet floors and a bathroom with "walk-in" shower and vanity unit with 2 sinks. WC at each level.
Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and lawn. Attached garage and utility room.
Tourist region, many possibilities for walking or cycling, authenticity of protected natural sites in particular the Havre de Portbail.

Schöner Urlaub in der Basse-Normandie

Der Aufenthalt in Portbail und Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dies lag sicherlich auch an der exzellenten Unterkunft. Das Haus ist super geschnitten und außergewöhnlich gut eingerichtet. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Entfernung zum Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten sehr gut zu Fuß gehen; die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der kilometerlange Sandstrand ist einzigartig.
