Step inside this gorgeous updated 1 bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit at Tidewater Beach Resort and let your worries escape you. Recently added new Sofa, Washer & Dryer and refrigerator. With just over 900 square feet of living space, this is one of the largest one bedroom units on Panama City Beach. Not only is it large enough for your family, this unit features the bedroom and the living room facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Unwind and relax in the king size cherry sleigh bed that will give you the best night’s sleep. You can listen to the sound of rolling waves or turn on your 42” TV and watch your favorite show or movie.
After a peaceful evening, wake up and enjoy the panoramic views and head to the 636-ft. private beach or go swimming with the family in the 4,200-square foot lagoon pool or indoor heated pool. If you are looking for a great place to work-out, we also have a 4,300-square foot roman spa and fitness center. Not only does this resort feature the above, but it also has an on-site movie center! What more could you ask for?

The spacious living/dining room features floor to ceiling sliding doors which open to a 30’ wide balcony with breathtaking views. The living room has a beautiful entertainment center with a 50” High Definition Smart TV. There is also a sofa featuring a queen size sleeper with a deluxe mattress pad available as well.

Amazing Stay!!!

I stayed at this resort (1612) for 4 nights and everything about my stay was amazing. The owner was very professional and communicated throughout the entire process! The condo was clean and stocked with all essentials needed throughout the duration of my stay. Very spacious and beautiful view of the beach!!! I will definitely book 1612 again!

Amazing views large balcony enjoyed sitting on balcony watching the dolphins sting rays each day. Next time we know to rent a car Uber does work well but can be costly if using each day. We will be returning . Thank you for a great week..

Wonderful place to stay.

Overall the stay was excellent. The only downfall was the elevators. There are only 7 of them for the whole 30 floor condo so on busy days there was a wait, but that is to be expected. Room was excellent. Amit was very easy to get in touch with. Will be back.

The condo was clean and stocked with everything u need. The condo was just as it was pictured online, the resort was amazing. The resort and all the amenities were just a stated online, it was a great resort and condo. The host was amazing with information. I needed extra blankets and she brought them right over, we also got to stay a extra night with a very good rate also. It was all amazing

My husband and i went to celebrate our 28th anniversary. The condo was nice, with enough paper towels, detergents, etc that we didnt have to buy. Condo is oceanfront and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning snd evening. Definitely recommend

We loved the layout of the condo and the entire property. Easy access w/ elevators, not slow like other complexes. The balcony is HUGE and the views were amazing. Great appliances and well stocked. With a young child, we used the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and game room. Zero complaints. Thank you!!

We have stayed at Tidewater a dozen times or so over the last 10 years, and this is by far the best room and experience we have had so far. I kind of hate giving this review because the next time we want this unit, It will probably be booked : )

Great place for a small family

This condo was perfect for my family of 4! The views & amenities were so nice. My only complaint is something Amit can’t help. Just be prepared to wait for an elevator. Most times you are waiting in line for an elevator, and at one point we had to wait 10 minutes. Everything else was great!

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay, Amit was wonderful to communicate with and made the process so easy, we picked a bad week to go it was bad weather and rip tides so we couldn’t get in the ocean which is really the reason I go to the beach, we did have a good time tho, the property was clean and peaceful, the only negative about the condo was the wait on the elevator but that’s pretty much every condo u go to that’s not on a low floor, I recommend this property to anyone

Just what we wanted!

We had a great time at this lovely condo. There was a lot to do at the location and it was close to many other activities. The pools were very nice and it was great having the indoor pool, gym and movie theater just in case it rained. The condo had everything we needed. The beds (including the bunk beds) were comfy. Falling asleep and waking up looking out at the ocean was wonderful! By far the best part was the view. The huge sliding doors provided a beautiful view. The owner was fantastic! He responded to questions quickly. We definitely recommend!

Good stay but congested

We had a decent stay at this condo in Tidewater. The elevators were a problem as always. They did have employees running a couple of the elevators at high traffic times. But as always, it remains the main problem. The beach was great. There were a couple of small concerns that were addressed quickly by Amit. If we were to stay at Tidewater again, we would consider this unit.
