Renovated with only the highest quality including Viking, Sub Zero and Traulsen. Restoration Hardware furniture and finishes. 2 Bedrooms, each with a King size beds and luxury Hotel Collection mattresses. 2 full bathrooms with step in showers.

Outdoor patio area with NEW remote controlled misting system, BBQ, 6 person table and loungers.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash all provided. Coffee pods and kitchen essentials in stock. Washer/dryer for your convenience with assorted laundry supplies.

4 bicycles, golf cart, tennis racquets, wagon, pool toys all provided.

Games, puzzles, books, lawn games, poker chips & cards provided for your enjoyment.

Gated entry and fenced courtyard. Keyless entry front door.

This unit is located in the highly desirable Desert Princess Country Club. It has a 24 hr guarded security gate with roving patrol.

There are very strict noise laws so quiet time is strictly enforced between 10pm-7am. There is a 24-hour hotline that the city has so please no late night, loud partying. The fine is very hefty so all guests must abide. All fines will be paid by guests. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property

PSP Stay

Loved it!

Exactly as shown, this is a lovely condo with easy access to the beautiful golf course. The whole community is safe and meticulously maintained. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Palm Spring and Palm Desert. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Great family getaway

The property was great for a family getaway. The included golf cart was a huge hit with the 3 year old as were the games (poker chips were the winner, who knew?). Great grass area out back and very short distance to practice putting green (another hit for both kids and adults). If you need a place to unwind and also not want to pack all your own equipment, this is the place. Mary is easy to work with and my family looks forward to another stress free vacation at this condo.

Fantastic hideaway!

This condo is well stocked, large, cozy and clean. Mary was very responsive to the two very minor glitches we had. It is rather close to Landau road allowing for a little extra noise but you get used to it quickly. The beauty of the mountains, golf course and tennis courts more than make up for a little noise. A couple of loungers or infinity chairs for the patio would be a nice addition. We plan to rebook for next year!

Absolutely Wonderful

The property is exactly as shown. There is everything there that you will need. We were short on hangers and the blow dryer wasn’t working. Mary promptly had both delivered to the house. She was very responsive to all my questions! Which I had a lot!! Property is location on the Desert Princess Golf Course which was gorgeous! Also, located right next door to the club house which has a restaurant with amazing food!! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation in Palm Springs

I would give this property 10 stars! It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The proximity to the club and restaurant was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed use of the electric golf cart. Our girls trip couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much.

The Perfect Place

This property is exactly like the photos, you won’t be disappointed! I stayed here with two friends for a girls trip and it was great to have two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms with so much space to move around. The property was in a great location and very clean. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Also the host is very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights with our parents and had a wonderful time. The home was clean, great access to the golf course, spa and the clubhouse within walking distance for meals. Conveniently situated just miles from Airport and Downtown Palm Springs. Mary was excellent with communication and responsive and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone wishing to stay here!

Amazing stay

We have rented many properties in Desert Princess. This was by far the best. Every amenity and beautiful furnishings. We loved staying at this condo. Perfect location and very well appointed. Highly recommend. We loved having bikes to travel on the property. Thank you so much!

Great spot

We stayed for 3 weeks. The unit is well appointed, and as advertised. We enjoyed the location. We’re familiar with the area and enjoy nearby golf courses. We can easily get to Palm Desert to see friends, but also get into Palm Springs for its creative restaurant scene.

This property is exactly as listed. Luxury condo and the owner has thought of everything!! Very comfortable beds, lovely decor. Very welcoming ! The ice maker was a huge plus as was having access to a golf cart. Lovely, lovely property. Will definitely return ! Thank you so much!

Perfect accommodations!

A perfect condo for two couples with amenities that made it convenient and comfortable. Close to restaurant, golf, and courts. The closest pool was shut down but there were others nearby that were easy to reach using the golf cart provided.

Spacious & Comfortable

We had an opportunity to stay at this property with another couple for a weekend get-away in the desert, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great location conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs, with access to lots of on-property amenities like tennis, golf, and spa services. The rental had everything you would need for entertaining, and the double master bedrooms were a real treat.
