Large terrace overlooking the kitchen and the dining room, terrace for a room on the ground floor. Air conditioner.

Located ten kilometers north of Montpellier, a stone's throw from the Pic Saint-Loup and the Hortus, Assas seems nestled in the heart of a vegetation oscillating between garrigue, vineyards and large wooded massifs. Excellent property with good facilities. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of seating around the property.Outdoor area is excellent as well with plenty of outdoor seating.There isn’t WiFi at the property so make sure you have available data to use.

Lovely stay is Assas

A simply charming villa in a sweet, quiet and safe little neighborhood - very comfortable and well-laid out. Cozy pool and patio. Quality in every detail - and a highly responsive and friendly host. Five minutes from small shopping area with large grocery store with bakery, pharmacy, restaurants (try Annex Pizza!). Montpellier is only a short drive away..

Much loved family home

A lovely family home with loads of crockery , everything you need for cooking and a lovely ac chilled living area. Very clean.Check in is arranged by text and the owner met us and explained everything on our arrival.The pool is bigger than the picture shows and was very refreshing !There are lovely linens on all the beds and fantastic towels, colour coded for each guest. The bathrooms are very French style.The upstairs bedroom was hard to cool and is open to the stairs. Unfortunately there is no longer any WiFi provided and the phone signal can be a bit wobbly.

Nombreuses remarques pour améliorer la qualité de l'hébergement ont été formulées à la propriétaire au moment de l'état des lieux avant notre départ. Nous avons mis la villa en ordre et propreté à la fin de notre séjour et avons été déçus d'avoir dû payer 100% des frais de ménage.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons pu bien profiter de la piscine, dont la profondeur est idéale avec des enfants en bas âge. La climatisation a bien été appréciée. Très jolie maison, très bien située, au calme dans un village bercé par le chant des cigales, et seulement à 25 minutes des plages ou de la place de la comédie à Montpellier ! Sa piscine est une réelle plus value, avec un jardin spacieux et une agréable terrasse ! Notre aînée a par ailleurs apprécié son intimité au cœur du pigeonnier ! Cadre très agréable et calme.

Maison individuelle pour passer des vacances idéales dans un environnement non loin de Montpellier en bordure de mer et proche de l'arrière pays magnifique offrant des excursions et découvertes enrichissantes. La location de cette maison, sa piscine et son confort de vie donne le vrai sentiment d'être habitué des lieux depuis toujours ! Une seule remarque, l'accès depuis l'extérieur est constitué de petites marches et différents petits niveaux difficiles à enjamber aux personnes handicapées.
