OCEAN FRONT HOME WITH SPECTACULAR views of Duck Island and the Long Island Sound. The front of the house faces the Menunketesuck River salt marsh and a Pilots Point Marina which creates the most picturesque views that will last a LIFETIME.

Take the family on a vacation where everyone can be at peace and enjoy the tranquility of water surrounding the front and back of this beach property.

This home is located on Private cul-de-sac in Grove Beach.

The beach home is a 1,368 sf 4 Bedroom charming cottage positioned on a private sand beach. The .10 Acres Gravel Lot provides parking for 6+ cars with no issues, so entertaining is never a problem with your beach rental.

Enjoy spectacular oceanfront views from the back of the house as you sit at your private deck.

The kids will be enthralled as they play on their private beach throughout the day and then at night as your family sits by the fire pit enjoying the perfect summer evening.

Your pet is welcome on the property. The community has a very strict leash law and we request that your pet remain on a leash at all times while outside.

The beach offers basketball as well as other private member only areas in the quaint beach community.

This is a 4 bedroom house with 6 people in one bedroom (bunk beds) as well as 2 for each additional bedroom.

Enjoy your vacation close to many restaurants and factory outlet shopping. One of the worlds largest casinos is just 25 minutes away.

This will be a vacation that will bring everlasting memories to you and your family.

Any parties or special events require prior authorization. PLEASE do not book without sending an inquiry if you are looking to host an event at the property. We will immediately cancel any reservation with an event planned that did not have prior authorization.

The beach is steps out your back door! The kids had a great time fishing, crabbing and walking to the sandbar. It was a relaxing week spent with family!

All the Beachy Vibes

This was the best place to celebrate my family member’s 60th! Being right on the water was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the beachy air and the outdoor setting. Inside was clean and adorable. The bunk beds were much larger than appears in the picture. If you want a little getaway to enjoy the salty air, I highly recommend! The owner was very timely in getting back regarding any questions I had and was friendly.

Family Vacation 2025

This is the 4th year we’ve rented this property. The four bedrooms have ample room for our daughters and sons in-law. The kids room has two big bunks with trundles that sleeps 8! It’s a fun room for the children. The beachfront backyard is the highlight! The comfy couch with shaded gazebo, outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs in the sand. The view is beautiful! Low tide brings the sandbar our daily exploration for the family. Love this place!

My family had a fantastic stay. We had age ranges from 1-70 years old and the house really suited everyone’s needs. You can’t beat the location to be able to walk out your door onto the sand!

We had such a great time at this beach house in Westbrook! The house was super clean and everything worked just the way it should. Being right on the Sound was amazing—easy swimming and tons of fun at the beach. We even did a fire pit one night with s’mores, which was a perfect way to end the day.There was plenty of room for our group of 8, and we loved hanging out under the pergola together. The first-floor bedroom was a little on the small side, but it wasn’t a big deal. The location is awesome—close to good restaurants and shopping, and you really can’t beat being right on the water.The weather was sunny for two out of the three days we were there, so we really made the most of it. Overall, it was such a fun and relaxing spot—we’d definitely come back!
