Two bathrooms, one with a shower, another with shower/bathtub and 1 separate toilet. A living area with a kitchen corner equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and large fridge with freezer. Satellite TV. Balcony. An underground parking space is included on floor -2.
Residence located at the foot of the ski slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski return directly to the building, access to the station center 5 minutes on foot
For the winter, the ESF is 10 minutes walking
In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the same chairlift, with many hiking trails and an aquatic center open during school holiday periods.
The spa / sauna / pool is on the ground floor of the building and accessible during the winter season
