Welcome to Geneva View!

Three bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full bath are ideal for getting the crew ready for the summer concerts after a day at the beach or the golf course. The large primary suite has a king size bed. One additional bedroom has a queen size bed. The second additional bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a single twin bed, great for the kids. A private deck off of one bedroom is great for morning coffee or watching the sunrise or sunset. Beach and diving dock are approximately a 2 minute walk or drive from the back deck.

Plenty of open grassy space for a game of soccer, football or yard games make this a perfect place for families or reunions.

Fully stocked new kitchen features large granite counters, Bosch dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and breakfast bar to keep you close to the fun, should you want to cook. There is a large dining table for dinner or board games. Charcoal BBQ pit and patio table are great for outdoor dinners. The end unit location provides for an oversized deck and additional privacy and seating.

Living area has wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi.

Nice and Functional

Overall the place was nice and functional, but not super updated. When checking in at the gate, they were unable to find the reservation and guest info, but found it after a while. The deck and outdoor space was great and the overall location of the condo was close to the water, quiet, and easy to find. Folding beach chairs, toys, and tubes were included which was a nice surprise.

Lovely setting

Loved the resort, really liked the staff we dealt with, Unit is aged, a lot of spiders. All toilet seats slide. Upstairs air was very hard to regulate. Property needed maintainable. Friends stayed at the Condos as well and all their units were updated.we could see light through the ceiling in the Master Bedroom every night when lights were out. Loved our particular location in reference to the beach right outside. Would go back to Innsbrook resort again, but stay at different condo.

Disappointed for price paid!!

We had an ok time but we were a little disappointed with the condo for the price. No extra towels, no kitchen wash cloths or towels. The upstairs was hot, had to use fans at top of stairs to try and pull ac upstairs. The lighting was awful over the table. Someone left a large raft on the deck that had dirty water and leaves all over it, not pleasant to look at.

It was nice

We had 2 wasps in the condo when checked it. That made the wife/kids extremely uncomfortable. Dad got rid of them. I asked multiple times via verbo if there was charcoal/porpane and beach toys on the property, and never got a response so we brought some toys. They had basic toys/life jacket in the deck storage closet which was perfect for grade school kids. I chanced the grill situation and come to find out there is no charcoal onsite and the small gas grill had a completely empty tank with no spare onsite. Thank goodness some family had the condo nextdoor and was able to use their grill. Besides that it was a nice unit. We will go back to the A-Frame houses next year.
