Enjoy the beautiful bay and sunset views from this top floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, bay front property with an elevator. Bring your boat; one boat slip included with your rental; 25ft long/10.5 ft wide. Slip MAY NOT be possible to use at Low Tide. Garage not available to tenants. IMPORTANT: TENANT MUST ADVISE LONG AND FOSTER RENTAL AGENT AT TIME OF BOOKING IF THEY INTEND TO USE THE BOAT SLIP - SLIP CANNOT BE USED WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE. Owner said each floor has it's own enclosed outside shower and for this 2nd floor unit this outside shower is by the spiral staircase.
