The Guest Barn on Rennie

A luxuriously finished barn-style guest house. It is located on our 4 acre property in a popular rural neighbourhood near ocean, biking, fishing, golfing and skiing. It has main floor living with master bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining area and a spiral staircase leading to a loft with living and sleeping for 4 persons.
We live on the property and are available for questions. We can meet you when you arrive. If you would like local advice and suggestions we have a wealth of knowledge of the area.

Clean, spacious & even better than the pictures! The outside space is laid out so well, beds are super comfy & the kitchen has anything you would need-which is so nice for doing meals in. Lots of towels & a great space for our family of 4. If you have a vehicle to get around in, we’d ABSOLUTELY recommend this place-being in an acreage setting was great!

Fantastic place! Loved cooking in the well equipped and spacious kitchen. The bath with jetted tub and spa shower was delightful. Good spot to explore beaches and hiking from. Hosts were lovely and very responsive. Kids loved getting to play outside and meet the dogs (puppy!). We could've stayed far longer and would love to return some time.

The Barn is a lovely uniquely designed property that exceeded our expectations. It’s nestled in an off the beaten path bucolic farmland setting. But still a short drive to other areas in the Comox Valley for easy exploring. We’ll be back!

Booking was very easy and the location of the property was easy to find. The instructions sent to me prior to arrival made checking in a breeze. Once inside the Owners instructions regarding TV, wifi were simple and only took about 30 minutes to have everything figured out. Fantastic stay.

Loved the Barn for my wife and my two week stay. Owners were great hosts, everything one needs was carefully provided. This location is ideal for exploring the Comox/Courtenay, Mount Washington and Campbell River regions.
