This professionally decorated dream vacation offering 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and a heated pool. This great location is an easy walk to a pristine beach as well as restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A bonus of this home is that Chelsea Park is only steps away. The park has a nice sand volleyball court and playground at the far end. When you enter the home you will find the first of 5 bedrooms. This front bedroom has a private bath with stall shower, a king size bed and slider to the spacious front porch. Further down the hall is another bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath with a tub. The third bedroom has two single beds and adjoining bath with a large stall shower. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a flat screen TV. The family room has a large flat screen TV, a big comfy sectional and a nice supply of games. The laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer has a side door to a clothes line in the yard. The slider off of the family room goes out to a nice deck which leads to the pool and cabana where you can fill the refrigerator with cold beverages. There is a gas grill for your culinary BBQ expertise, a large enclosed outside shower near the pool and plenty of outdoor furniture on all of the decks.
Owner has a linen company that will provide bed linens and bath towels for each reservation.
Back inside on the second floor, there is a 4th bedroom with two single beds and a full bath with tub. The master suite offers a king size bed, private bath with double sinks, large shower and a private deck. The spectacular kitchen has been fully equipped. You will have a choice of eating at the center island (5 bar stools), the designer dining table or the outdoor table on the covered front deck. You will also love relaxing on the sofa and comfortable chairs while watching TV in the living room area.

: Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed home. Everything was new, clean and convenient. We spent considerable time in the heated pool, walking to and from the beach, and enjoying the bay views from the deck. We ate out some evenings, but also took advantage of the well organized kitchen and outdoor grill. We have stayed in multiple rentals over the years in the Stone Harbor/Avalon area, and this was by far, the best! Would not hesitate to recommend this home and would happily rent here again in the future.
