Get away to this 1-bedroom 1-bathroom spacious beach side condominium that sleeps four on the 7th floor of Phoenix III with a gorgeous Gulf front view. Very comfortable queen sofa sleeper, relaxing recliner, oversize chair, and a large flat screen television in the living area with outstanding water front views. Fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, beautiful granite counters and new stainless appliances. Dining area has a coastal wood table, four chairs, and two stools at the breakfast bar. Cozy master bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen television. Bathroom features shower/tub combination with a granite counter. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. Amazing Gulf front view can be enjoyed from the table and chairs or the chaise lounge on the balcony.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We love staying at the Phoenix. Room was clean and the balcony was amazing to sit on and listen to the waves. Host checked in to let us know our room was ready and made sure everything was taken care of.

Everything was great. New tv in living room; good hd picture, all apps, easy to operate. All appliances worked and AC kept us cool. Beautiful view of beach and gulf. The only thing it needed was an updated small HD tv in bedroom with apps.

Typical beachfront condo. Older property with some refreshes. Unit was pretty much as pictured. No huge surprises. Common areas and grounds showed their age...and aroma. Property did not have many 'basics' other Vrbo's I've stayed at recently have. You know a small stash of basic spices, etc to get your through night one without running to the store. No beach towels just white bath towels. Also, a small security safe should be a must for all these type of properties. TV would auto-reset to the cartoon channel (Bluey) every time you left the room, seems like there was some sort of motion sensing device and could not find setting to deactivate. Front door and bedroom were right next to the elevator so heard that racket all night, also blackout blinds in bedroom were missing (track installed, but blinds gone).Also not mentioned in add was an additional fee for parking. That should be disclosed up-front. Received multiple calls from property-mgt co, 'can they show the unit', 'can they change the air filter', etc. Seems like these things could have been scheduled before or after. The other Vrbo's I've patronized I dealt with the owners directly, and had much better experiences. This was all arms-length through a massive property management company. That could explain some of the differences and will definitely do better research before booking again.

Great overall, but a couple of suggestions

Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, dishes, etc. The decor was beautiful and matched the environment. A couple of things: bring a blanket because the bedspread is removed bc of Covid, metal bed squeaks when you flip-needs WD 40, and their is a musty smell when you go in-maybe from old carpet? We did have a lovely time; fixing those couple of things would make the stay nicer.
