This 1928 house is peacefully nestled in the woods. Here are beautiful beech forests and deep spruce forests and everything in between. Your own bathing area about 1 km is on Lake Luhrsjön and you can also borrow rowing boats and take part in fishing rights included. The house is fresh with preserved charm. The kitchen is fully equipped state of the art with dishwasher from 2016. New toilet / shower from 2016. 3 bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic room. 1 bedroom is located in the decorated room in the side building. Dining room with charming medallion wallpaper and white painted spontaneous ceiling. Quiet, quiet and peaceful and 5 km to the nearest town - Hästveda. Here, anyone who wants to breathe fresh air and the opportunity to relax find their oasis. Experience the white sips in the spring, picking mushrooms in the summer / autumn, forest walks with your dog, sneak out into the woods and chances are you will see both moose and deer, take the oak and fish in the lake or read a good book in a nice environment! Warmly WELCOME to Luhr!
Final cleaning is done by the guest but can possibly be bought for SEK 1,500 as well as linen and towel can be rented for SEK 200 / person and stay.

I am the fifth generation who has the privilege of owning and managing this cultural heritage. The recreation in the forest and land provides energy for the daily stress in the city and a much needed environmental change. The silence is amazing and the sky with all its stars a little closer in the black night. Lursjön is a 5 min walk from the house and there is a small cozy private bathing bay where the villagers bathe and there are opportunities to fish and grill sausages and take the rowing boat out on the lake.

Why they chose this property

The accomodation is a time document of times gone by and here you can relax in peace and quiet and in harmony with nature and everything you can discover in the forest in the form of animals and nature. Close to Skåne's cleanest lake Lursjön where you can both swim and fish.
