BEST FAMILY VACATION

Our family had a great time! We have never went on family vacation since having our son diagnosed with brain tumor we have not felt confident to travel. Going to mt. Pleasant felt like being at home but better!! Lots of great views we loved the zipline the pool was great!!! The fire pit was awesome and they even have pre chopped wood ready for a fire. We were welcomed with cupcakes and balloons for our son’s birthday. Everything was clean and organized the jacuzzi was awesome they have everything for little kids and adults.

Our stay was perfect. The house was just as described and had so many amenities. Rose was so gracious and all the details made the stay even more special. The kids were 100% entertained between the pool and the basement full of activities. We look forward to visiting again.

Rose does an excellent job with this property! Everything was perfect. The fresh cookies, easy check in and check out are a huge plus! The property is spotless - including the garage and grounds despite being the dead of winter. She is easily accessible…. Although at no time did we have to call. The pool is so much fun and the hot tub is a great way to warm up before heading back in the house! Thank you - we will most certainly be back for a third visit !!!

We had the most beautiful family Christmas!!The kiddos loved it! So did all of the adults! There were so many activities and the amenities were five star!!!It was so fun to swim on Christmas Day.This was our second stay at one of their properties. Our stay was perfect! We felt like we were living a Hallmark movie with all the beautiful decor and attention to details, especially the Christmas decorations. We spent a lot of time, as a family, in the cozy family room around the fireplace. The game room, as well as the pool, were a real hit. We all agreed that it was a perfect family Thanksgiving.

We love coming back every year to Mt Pleasant Lodge! We love the fact that our entire family can stay all in one place, with so much to do right there on property. The location is excellent, as you feel the peace & quiet of "getting away", while still being close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and local things to do. The property is very well cared for, and Rose & Brian have seemingly thought of everything - they go above and beyond! Excellent property and hosts!!

Absolute perfection!! House is even better than the pictures and the pool house is immaculate! The kitchen, bathroom and sound system in the pool area were top notch, and a great surprise! The special small touches… from the welcome video when I first reserved the house, to the cookies, to the doggy supply basket…. Cozy Weekend

My family had an amazing restful weekend at the Mt. Pleasant Lodge. The cabin was very spacious and clean, the beds were so cozy and the basement playroom kept the grandkids busy and happy! We enjoyed the pool house, hot tub and gathering around the fire pit at night. I highly recommend staying here!!

Our stay at Mount Pleasant Lodge is best described as a beautiful experience. Outside, there is something for everyone. The swingset, the tree swing, the hammocks, the zip line, the swimming in the pool house, the fire pit, and the hiking trails. Inside, Rose thinks of everything! If you forgot it, it’s already there! From the welcoming gifts to the downstairs game room and the beautiful interior, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Rose even thinks of your pets and provides for them. Our age range was from 2 to 67, there was something for everyone!
