From Kai Nani, take advantage of amazing beach activities right at your fingertips. Kamaole II Beach Park boasts a gorgeous beach famous for its long, sandy shoreline and clear water for snorkeling. Don’t forget to enjoy all of the other beach activities like stand up paddle boarding, seasonal whale watching and incredible sunsets from the sandy shores of Kihei. It’s a sight you won’t want to miss!

Kai Nani resort features one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei! With 60 ft. of pool to enjoy, you could spend the whole day pool side! Shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, and walking distance to shopping, health food store, bakery, beach activity rentals, shave ice, and the Kihei Coastal Trail all add to the delight of this great location.

Kihei Kai Nani #8-362 is the perfect couple’s getaway! Enjoy rest and relaxation in this beautifully upgraded, top floor one bedroom/one bathroom condo. The owners have tastefully furnished the condo to give you a true Hawaiiana feel. Enjoy tropical breezes and mountain views from the open living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy dining from the private lanai with incredible sunset views. The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan and many windows with the tropical breeze! Please note the bedroom does not have an air conditioner. You will love the delightfully upgraded bathroom! Amenities include wi-fi, cable tv, full washer/dryer in the unit/ AC in the living area.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The suite was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could use a few minor things like small paring knives for doing vegetables and a few more spoons and forks but I realize that sometimes they go missing. Would definitely stay there again. Location was fantastic!

We had an excellent stay at Kihei Kai Nani Resort. The layout of the unit was thoughtfully designed, making it feel open, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The furnishings were well chosen—attractive, modern, and very comfortable—and the overall setup was perfect for both short and extended stays.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, which was a huge plus. The space was clean, welcoming, and clearly well cared for.One of the biggest highlights is the location. The resort is super close to the beach—just steps away—making it incredibly convenient for swimming, sunsets, and long beach walks. Everything was great about our stay except for not having air conditioning in the bedroom. It was too hot to sleep in there without it so we ended up sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Other than that it had everything we needed and was at a good location.

Very Well Equipped Apartment

The property is immaculate with a team of landscapers constantly upkeeping it. The apartment itself was ultra-clean and very well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils and gadgets.The main TV is not a SMART TV and so bring an Amazon Firestick if you want to watch Netflix or Prime.

Great condo unit , very clean , comfortable ,with everything you will need. The grounds crew keep this location absolutely perfectly manicured, with fresh flower popping up daily. The pool is a perfect temperature to just float and relax all day. This was our 14th time to Maui and 1 of the best places we have stayed, highly recommend this unit .

Great location, solid unit

Situated perfectly for access to Kihei beaches and dining, close to Wailea. AC unit keeps the kitchen/living area cool, bedroom was quite hot but a fan made it manageable to sleep at night. Had an issue with the unit on our 2nd day, and the management was very quick to respond and it was all fixed by the time we were back from the beach! All in all this listing is great and sets you up nicely for an awesome Maui vacation!

Great place to stay

Came with everything we needed and the booking process was so simple (we booked in Sept.). The unit is exactly how it looks and they even provided us with 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella along with multiple coolers to use for our drinks/snacks. The wind usually went in the opposite direction of the unit so we had to use the A/C and fans most of the trip but it was fine and didn’t usually didn’t get too hot while we slept. This property is right across the beach and had a fantastic pool that was perfect for lounging. Overall a great place to stay for our first time in Maui.

Best location in Kehei. Directly across from a beautiful beach and just a couple minutes walk to 3 others. Restaurants and shopping are all either right next door or a short walk. The unit is nice and clean. Has all the appliances, dishes, and cookware you need. Has 4 beach chairs and coolers. Only negative is no a/c in bedroom. There is in living room but got warm in bedroom

While we do not advertise that there is one, we are updating our property description based on your feedback. We have since had the toilet looked at and installed a new valve. The toilet is working great now. Our maintenance team is available 7 days a week to assist our guests when issues arise. The location of this condo is what keeps guests coming back, especially the spectacular sunsets and closeness to world class beaches. This was quite disappointing seeing as every other unit I’ve stayed in in the area had these things. Over all a good stay and more than adequate condo

Beautiful Condo...but the bed!

Truly a beautiful condo. The kitchen was stunning. It even has a small kitchenaid mixer if you wanted to whip up a batch of cookies. The only true downside was the bed. It was the hardest bed we've ever slept on and really needs a good mattress topper. I've never been so sore in my life and was glad to come home to my own mattress. I really don't like to leave negative reviews especially since everything else about the condo was really nice and we really enjoyed our time there. If the bed situation could be remedied, it would be a top consideration for us to come back.
