Slow down and breathe some fresh country air! Relax in a rocking chair on our covered deck! Enjoy the beauty of the alpaca pronking in the field! Hand feed alpaca, sheep & goats! Or take a dip in the Perma Salt pool! Located near a small quiet town far enough from the city to see a fantastic amount of stars, but not too far to drive to KC, Warrensburg (UCM), or Whiteman AFB.

If you're traveling with livestock we have room to park your trailer.
We offer a large master bedroom with a king size Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid bed complete with plush sheets. Open the shades and enjoy the plentiful sunshine or if you need extra rest close the dark shades and sleep in.
This is our family home and is kid friendly. The room has plenty of space for sleeping bags or you’ll find an easy up queen size double air mattress in the closet.
There is also the option for a second private room with twin bed for an additional fee.
You’ll have a separate dining area (if preferred), your own private bath, and 24 hour access to the pool (except during the off-season and maintenance).
Guests will have access to their own full private bath, dining area, shared outdoor pool (seasonal), laundry facilities, living room, kitchen and the great outdoors!
We are happy to interact with our guests as much or as little as they prefer.
A breakfast including fresh fruit, breakfast bars, and hot coffee or tea is included with the option of a hot breakfast with farm fresh eggs for an additional fee.
Wi-Fi and DirecTV including HBO is provided.
We have plenty of room to park a trailer and a plug in for an RV.
