Accommodation classified 4 * by the Ministry of Tourism (6 people) with certificate. Heated swimming pool in May, June and September.

Landscaped landscaping of the garden completely redone in spring 2019.

Access to beach and restaurants on foot. Our accommodation is perfect for families (with children). All the furniture was refurbished in 2016 in a modern white and designer style, with complete equipment such as dishwasher, freezer, large LCD TV with 200 channels, WIFI, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and dryer ... 3 independent bedrooms. Large south terrace

Zen and relaxing atmosphere in a friendly neighborhood. The house exudes a feeling of calm, while offering the possibility of easy and fun outings in the surroundings. Finally, a heated and lighted 4 * 8 meter swimming pool, dug in early 2017, allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation at home. All bedding is top quality. The whole house is accessible to travelers except the garage used for storage. Private place to park.

A person from the municipality is on site to ensure your welcome and answer all your questions. In the event of a problem, she is able to assist you.

Residential area ideally located between beach and city center. Walking access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Close to atmospheric places without being on a busy road, the house is located in a quiet dead end.

Sheets and 4 clean towels provided.

Smokers are welcome but will be kind enough to smoke outside.

2 deposits: one of 400 € taken by credit card from ABRITEL for damage or damage and one of 100 euros by check or cash on your arrival for heavy cleaning if state of cleanliness does not comply.

Indeed, the cleaning is done by us after your departure. However, if the house is returned in a state of dirt not in accordance with normal use, all or part of the household deposit will be retained. Cleaning the dishes is your responsibility, knowing that you have a dishwasher at your disposal.

Perfect holiday!

What a lovely week in Franck’s perfect holiday home! The house worked really well for us- great pool to cool down and really good sized garden to relax and for kids to play. Loved Bretinolles which got better by the day- nice shops, bars and restaurants and excellent market twice a week. Cycle routes along coast perfect for family outings and beach a short walk away. Communication with Franck was excellent throughout.

Fantastic holiday

We had a great time as a family of 4 staying in this property. Communication with Franck was really easy from the first moment, and he was always very quick to reply and generous with his help and advice. The check-in process was easy, the house was exactly as described and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The pool area was really smart, and the heated water in the pool was really welcome, especially by the children! The area is nice and quiet, but an easy walk to the beach or town centre, and we had a great time exploring the area, and relaxing evenings back at the house. We would highly recommend, and hope to return again soon.

Fabulous holiday

We had a lovely holiday staying at Franck’s house! It had everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable break. We spent lots of time in the wonderful pool and garden too. It’s in a quiet location but very near to a lovely park with lake and the beach and restaurants are only a short walk away. Communication with Franck was excellent and he was there with his lovely family to greet us at the start and end of our week - he even went above and beyond by helping us get our car started when we had battery trouble!! Thanks again Franck! ☺️

The Perfect Getaway in Le Vendee

We absolutely loved Franck’s apartment. It truly was the most fantastic, stylish property, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. From the point of booking, Franck’s communication was excellent. The arrival at the apartment was completely smooth and Franck was so very relaxed about our arrival time. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, a short walking distance from town and an easy walk from two excellent boulangeries and two restaurants. There is also a small lake and very quaint miniature Vendèe museum just a few minutes walk away as well. As soon as we opened the door to the apartment, we felt relaxed. It was immaculately clean, with every possible kitchen utensil and gadget you could possibly need. The cupboard was stocked with coffee, cooking oils and herbs and the cleaning cupboards were stocked with plenty of dishwasher tabs and bin bags. The 3 bedrooms were excellent in size with plenty of cupboard space and the bathroom was perfect, with double sinks and a bath and hot shower. The lounge area was spacious and very comfortable. The heated pool was just brilliant. A great size for relaxed family time. The electric BBQ was easy to use and easy to clean. We really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it and recommend it very highly as a base for a exploring the region or simply escaping for a luxury stay of peace and quiet. Thanks Franck, we will be back!

Séjour superbe

Relation avec le propriétaire au moment de la réservation très agréable. Belle maison toute équipée

Maison spacieuse très bien équipée. Très beau jardin privatif sans vis à vis. Jeux disponibles en cas de mauvais temps. Proximité du centre et de la plage dans un quartier très calme. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Belle villa !

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette belle villa très fonctionnelle. Toutes les pièces sont decorées avec goût. Il y a un très bel espace salle à manger et salon. Le propriétaire a pensé à de nombreuses attentions pour ses hôtes notamment un cadeau à notre arrivée.

Maison très agréable

La maison est vraiment très bien, elle est bien située, bien équipée, très bien agencée. Le jardin est très agréable et bien entretenu. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nicole. Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location! La maison est très bien équipée, superbement située, très calme. Le jardin est très agréable, la piscine est magnifique et c’est un énorme plus: notre fille y aurait bien passe toute la journée… Enfin, l’accueil par Marie était remarquable ! C’est une personne charmante et extrêmement dévouée, qui a tout fait pour faciliter notre sejour depuis notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ.

Bretignolles is a great place to stay and the accommodation was excellent

The house was well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of fresh linen. The town and seaside in easy walking distance with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool was most welcome as the weather was hot . The only suggestions we would make are that more shading would have been good around the patio which was in full sun most of the day, more sun loungers/garden chairs, and a new BBQ as the existing was rusted through. There was plenty of cutlery, glasses and crockery and only things lacking were a laundry basket and pegs, a cheese grater and some ovenproof dishes! The owner was extremely helpful - thanks for a great hol.
