Lakeside Pineview Reservoir Resort condo in a private gated community. Close to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain with attached garage. Private jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill on its two private patios. Stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee and espresso maker, living and dining room, master king bedroom en suite with shower and jetted tub and half bath on the main level. A second living room, kitchenette, king bedroom, bunk bedroom, murphy wall bed, full bathroom and washer & dryer are on the second level. Closest lodging to snowbasin and steps away to the trail down to the beach and pineview reservoir.


THE SPACE:
Brand new flat screen HD TV's with Netflix access above both gas fire places. Fully equipped kitchen upstairs, kitchenette with a second refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave downstairs. Washer, dryer and ironing board. WI-FI access and a private attached garage to store all your gear.

GUEST ACCESS:
Onsite amenities at Lakeside resort are: Club house with foosball and pool table, exercise room, outdoor pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day-Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), 2 tennis courts, one has a basketball hoop on it and a trail down just a few steps from your front door to the lake and beach.

PARKING:
Plenty of parking in and in front of the garage. In addition to another three parking passes in the common area of the complex.

Reserved boat parking is also available inside the complex for $15 a day.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Closest lodging to Snowbasin Resort, also just 20 minutes away is another nationally ranked ski resort, Powder Mountain and 10 minutes away from Nordic valley ski resort.

GETTING AROUND:
Utah Public Transportion (UTA) - has a bus stop at the entrance into the complex and goes up to Snowbasin. Please check their website for the schedule.

Perfect location and well appointed Condo

Had a great time and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect to Snowbasin. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again

The condo was fantastic! We've stayed in a dozen or so different condos at Lakeside over the years, and this one was by far the best. The owner was very accommodating, the unit has clearly been updated, and it was stocked with extras of everything we needed. We’ll definitely rent this unit again!

The Condo was as advertised if not better. It's the best equipped rental I have ever seen. The proximity to Snow Basin is the best in the area.

Great property

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location a short walk to the lake. Very clean when we arrived. Contained all of the cookware required to cook our meals. Host was responsive. Would book again and recommend to others.

Perfect place for Snowbasin

House is lovely, well kitted out and exactly as per the review. 6 friends came for the weekend, 2 double bedrooms, one Murphy bed in the 2nd living room and bunk beds with a further pop out bed all comfortable. Easy ski bus within 15 mins to Snowbasin and hot tub perfect!

We went skiing and snowboarding in March for Spring Break. This is a short and convenient drive.

Excellent property. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen with great pans and coffee options. Bathroom essentials provided. Great location for Snowbasin resort. A quick 15 minute drive (absent traffic). The hot tub was nice too. Our family was very happy in this unit, lots of room. We highly recommend this rental.

Dishes were not microwave safe. Strongly recommend a regular coffee pot. Thought master both had connected bathrooms. Very well outfitted. Towels etc. Otherwise clean and very nice and quiet. Perfect location for snowbasin.

Amazing stay near Snow Basin ski resort

My family of 5 stayed here with our 3 kids who are in their 20’s. Everyone had lots of space to relax and we loved going into the jacuzzi at night. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed with lots of spices for cooking. We enjoyed our quick drive to ski and thankfully had some nice snow. Not a lot of choices to eat out but loved Carlos and Harley’s and especially the burgers at Shooting Star Saloon. Overall, we all had a great time and would love to stay again at this place during the summer and definitely for another ski vacation!

Great property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal for both Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. It can comfortably sleep two families. The house was well stocked and comfortable. My only issue with the condo was that you can hear the people walking around upstairs and when they are playing music, etc. But location and overall condo def outweigh that.

Winter Wonderland

Our family of 6, spent Christmas week at this wonderful property. We had 3 guests for a couple days and there was plenty of room for all of us. House has everything a family or group would need for a perfect stay: we cooked most of our meals, played games, watched Christmas movies, used the hot tub every night and played pull at the club house. Only a few minutes from Snow Basin, we took the shuttle to go skiing, it stops right outside property. Gavin was super helpful, prompt and communicative when we asked for suggestions or had questions about the house. We will definitely go back!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving week. The kitchen is well stocked which was very helpful for Thanksgiving preparations. The layout of the house worked out well for us too. We enjoyed having two living areas. The views from the property were amazing as well. Gavin was very responsive when we had a few minor issues with the main gate and the internet. Both issues were remedied quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely house for our family in a wonderful area to explore

Our family had a great stay at this house- lots of space for the five of us- everything was so clean and well stocked from kitchen items to pool toys and cleaning items. We enjoyed the access to the community pool, the beach just a short walk away and used the hot tub. The house is in a great location for exploring the museums in Ogden and the ski resort. The owner even helped us recover items of sentimental value that were left behind. Would recommend for families looking to explore the area.

Perfect Utah getaway

We had a lovely stay! Communication with owner was excellent. House was top-notch clean, beds very comfortable, layout of home and size was great. I have to say I am usually wary of hot tubs, but the hot tub at this home was so clean and looked brand new. The home is just maintained in perfect condition. The lake is beautiful, the community that this townhouse is in - very nice. We stay at a lot of VRBO homes when travelling or on vacation, and this was one of the best!
