About this property
Spacious 3 Bedroom Townhouse in Prime Village Location w. Private Hot Tub
Our 3-bed home is close to everything Whistler has to offer no matter what the season, but far enough from the late night village noise for a cozy, restful stay. Enjoy the private hot tub (or common hot tub/pool), fully equpped kitchen for a home-cooked meal and plenty of room for adventure gear of all types. We take a lot of pride in hosting our Whistler "base camp" and hope you love being in the mountains as much as we do. Cheers!

Nice private toasty hot tub. Clean gas grill to grill our steaks and chicken dinners. Space enough for game nights and a well provisioned kitchen. Storage space down at the front door for all of our snowboards, boots, coats and gloves to dry out. Super hosts made sure to answer all of our pre-travel, and final checkout questions.
We had an excellent stay this winter. Loved the amenities and the proximity to the village. We were travelling with a baby and the space was really well set up to make the stay easier. Thank you!
We had an excellent stay at this Whistler Village VRBO and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our group of seven. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the village with easy access to restaurants, shops, and lifts, yet still comfortable and relaxing after a full day out.The condo was spacious, well laid out, and fully equipped with everything our group needed. One of the biggest highlights was the amenities: having access to both a private hot tub and a semi-private hot tub, along with a heated pool, was fantastic and made it easy for everyone to unwind and spread out.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed, making it perfect for a larger group traveling together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central Whistler Village location with great amenities and plenty of space.
The location was fabulous. The home was well stocked, comfortable and housed 6 adults comfortably. We enjoyed wonderful snowfall looking out the windows of our place and skiing on the mountains. Our oldest son was married on Sproat Mountain, once the small group of friends and family took a snowcat up. Overall it was a wonderful week!
Fantastic location. Clean and comfortable! Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! Easy communication with owner and easy check in and out. Condo had everything we needed.
Nice location in Whistler! About a 10 minute walk to the Whistler gondola, and across the street from Whistler Village. It is easy to walk everywhere - we never got back into our car after we arrived. Hot tub was a nice place to relax after a hard day skiing on the mountain. Cozy for 4 adults and an 11 year old. Grocery store was an easy 5 minute walk along with Mount Currie Coffee Company which was across the street. Overall, a nice place to stay in Whistler.
For more than 20 Xmas weeks we've stayed at places along the Village Stroll. This place off the Stroll is ideally situated- nice units in a park-like setting, still an easy walk to everything in Whistler and, thankfully, very quiet at night. Comfortable for us parents and two adult children with companions and host provided thorough instructions for everything. We will definitely return.
Clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities of home, our family of 6 adults and one baby really enjoyed our stay. The condo had baby gates, a high chair and sleds, and allowed us to bring our dogs as well. Really great place, easy walk to the village and nice, private hot tub. We will look forward to staying here again!
The property is as advertised with accurate pictures. This was just enough space for 8 adults and 1 small child. The hot tub was clean, comfortable, full of water and set to 103 which is the perfect temp. The only access to it is through the master bedroom which is inconvenient
Spacious & comfortable townhome in the best location
We throughly enjoyed our stay - the townhome is spacious, comfortable and in the best location. Janet and Omar always responded quickly and checking in was flawless. We had everything we needed plus our own hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home, we look forward to returning!

Thanks so much for your kind words, Karen! You were a distinct pleasure to host and we cannot wait to have you back :D
The location was good—pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to anywhere we needed to go. Space and layout was good—plenty of space for our family of 4 and doggos. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. The beds were comfortable—I always feel like the beds in vacation rentals are a gamble; these beds were good. Kitchen was decent and provided us a good place to cook all meals (as we weren’t going out to restaurants because of COVID). Overall the unit was a comfortable place to stay for our 6 days of skiing.
The major drawback for us was the hot tub. Maybe our perspective is a bit different because we have a hot tub at home, but the private hot tub at this unit was not clean and was unusable in our opinion. We had specifically booked a place with a private hot tub, hoping to soak each evening after skiing—but we didn’t get in once because it was not clean. My spouse and one of our kids did get into the community hot tub once (when no other guests were in there), and they said it was passable. I was really sad about the private hot tub though—bit of a let down. The kitchen could definitely be better stocked. We decided to make pancakes and we were looking for a turner and had pause meal prep to run to the store to buy one because there wasn’t one in the kitchen. The stove burners didn’t work great all the time and there are not very many food storage containers (so bring your own if you think you might need them for leftovers). The new dishwasher was nice. The clothes washer and dryer were fine. We did feel like the unit was a bit run down and in need of an update—buuut, it is a vacation rental at a very popular destination, so can’t expect it to be tip-top. I will say, for the amount that we paid, I did expect a bit more. We prefer to stay in condos or houses so we can cook our own food and have our own space, but I definitely found myself looking longingly at the Fairmont as we would pass by on the gondola.
The parking garage is good, safe, and convenient—however, it should be noted that the max height is 6’8”. We have an SUV with a box on top and had to park on the side of the road, unload the box, and take the box out so we could park—all after 6 hours of travel. It worked out, but something that would have been good to know before. As I said, overall the unit was comfortable and provided a good base for our ski trip.

Jessica. We didn't hear from you once during your stay.
I'm not making excuses here, just addressing your concerns.
The hot tub: we have the hot tub serviced and cleaned after every guest. The "not clean" I am sure you are referring to is a white milky look. I brought this up a to our hot tub company and they told us it was because of a small hole in an air line which causes there to be a million little bubbles making it look this way and they assured us it was safe. I get a water report from the company after each service.
I will make a note of this on our info sheet for future guests.
Kitchen: things get broken / stolen all the time. If no one tells us, we can't know nor fix it. We have staff to help us with these things. The last time we were up a few months ago, we had storage containers.
Stove: same as above. If we don't know we can't get our maintenance staff to fix it. Thank for letting us know, I will see what we can do asap.
I'm not upset about the Fairmont comment. Fairmont hotels are a true five star experience. Not at all the same price range. We sleep 9 and allow pets, skis, gear and families. Things get dinged up. But I do still believe we are fairly priced for what we offer.
Finally parking: If you looked at the pictures of our listing there is specifically a sign into the parkade with the height restriction. I added this immediately after we experienced our first guest asking us the limitations. Also, and again, you never asked us.
We are not a hotel chain but do try to provide help and information as best as possible with pictures, a pre-arrival instructions list plus a house manual in the unit with answers to questions and directions on how things function.
I'm sure Janet and I could have helped in more than one way had we had the chance.
I do appreciate the feedback, I only wish it had come sooner.
Kindly.
Omar.
This is a lovely property in the trees and we had a wonderful stay! It's quiet and feels like a world away, yet a short walk to stores and the village stroll.
The beds were so comfy and the place was well-stocked with everything we needed, including lots of towels for six people. The hosts, Janet and Omar, were very communicative and easy to reach. The hot tub in the suite was hot and so relaxing. The common pool area was very nice and close to the unit.
Thanks for the wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Janet and Omar's place.
Living area was big enough for our group to be comfortable and play games. They have an awesome DVD collection for folks our age (maybe not for kiddos). Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Patios were great for congregating and relaxing.
Located in a great area in the village with easy access to the bike park (our main focus).
Would love to stay again at their property.
Loved the location. Steps from the Village and Market for groceries. Needed the pool as it was very hot and no AC. Luckily we did bring some of our own fans plus the ones provided helped make it through the hot days. Cooled off in the nearby lakes. Looking forward to next summer but a longer stay.
Easy to rent and very accessible to all amenities. Needs some updates and the decks were quite dirty with 2 small chairs to relax on, some more comfy outdoor chairs would be nice. 😊
We had a great week at Janet & Omar’s place. We’ve been coming up to Whistler for years and we think Sunpath is one of the best locations, especially with little ones. It’s super close to the village but without the noise and drama, and most importantly it’s a minute or two away from the Olympic plaza with the play area for kids. The place itself is super spacious over 2 stories (3 of you count the lower foyer). HUGE master. Lots of room around the dining table if you’re in a large group (we weren’t, but we appreciated the space!). Also an awesome well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was GLORIOUS. It didn’t work the first 2 days which was disappointing but Omar thankfully sorted it out quickly and gave us a partial refund for the trouble. There’s also a shared hot tub in the complex that we could use that is large and outdoors, so no issues with COVID restrictions and safely distancing. We made good use of all their baby gear (high table and baby gates) and these little touches were really appreciated!
TL:DR - LOCATION! SPACE! PRIVATE HOT TUB! Great value. Would definitely stay again!

About the host
Hosted by Janet & Omar
We are a fun-loving couple of west-coasters who enjoy a good adventure, good food and great times with friends. We've traveled the world and appreciate a comfortable stay, making new friends and amazing new experiences. We have an adorable pug/beagle cross named Bosco who is keen to tag along with us on our adventures!
Why they chose this property
There's something intoxicating about the fresh mountain air in Whistler, and in 2016 we had the opportunity to own so we jumped on it! We'd love to move to Whistler permanently one day, but we'll keep dreaming for now.
What makes this property unique
The location of our place can't be beat, we're just an 8 minute walk to the gondolas and perfectly situated close to Marketplace which has a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, etc. and a playground just around the corner.
