offers air-conditioned acommodations in Giannádes on Corfu island, 14 km from Corfu Town. Ermones 2 km, Glyfada is 5 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. Holidayhome is also on the corfutrail. You can walk to the beach, to Liapades and more ! There are also proposed bike tours. On the lonely area are together 3 units for total 18 persons. This house is one of them for 6-10 persons.
The houses are little villas. The isolated woodconstruction provides a very good klima.
The units features all a flat-screen TV a dining area and terrasse. This house has two kitchens , ( one outside with a big covered terasse for 18 persons ) every fitted with an oven a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine in all units. Holiday Home Matthäus features free WiFi throughout the property. Towels are available.
The property also offers grocery delivery, a barbecue and sun terrace. Bike hire (2 e-bikes) and car hire are available at the property and the area is popular cycling. A golf course is less than 1 km away.

Séjour à Gianades

Excellent séjour , en pleine nature, isolé de tout bruit. Maison très confortable avec beaucoup d’espace, plusieurs terrasses et une piscine la bienvenue compte tenu de la chaleur. Location recommandée.

Belle maison spacieuse

Bel endroit, belle maison, bien placé au centre de l'île, de belles plages à proximité. Voiture indispensable mais Richard a su nous trouver une location intéressante. Richard est disponible et sur place en cas de souci. Tout s'est très bien passé.

Sehr schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung, Top Gastgeber

Wir hatten, zu sechst, das Große haus direkt Pool. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten zustand und modern. Es wäre sehr zu empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, da Supermärkte etc. relativ weit entfernt sind. Die Auffahrt ist etwas huckelig und steil. also nichts für einen Ferrari 😉 Zum nächsten Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten über einen recht holprigen Weg, aber über die Straße mit dem Auto ist er auch gut zu erreichen. Man kann auch sehr gut in und am Haus Zeit verbringen. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit klasse Ausblick auf das nächste Dorf, eine Hängematte, Klima-Anlagen, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisspender und schöne Natur mit Tieren von Geckos bis Schildkröten und dem lieben Hund vom Vermieter. Der Vermieter ist sehr Freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Bei ihm konnten wir uns zu einem guten Preis ein Auto mieten. Zusammen gefasst war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf einer wunderschönen Insel.

Cortesia e incanto

Il luogo è incantevole: in mezzo ad un bosco di ulivi, una casa modernissima e pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort, dall'aria condizionata al frigo, dotato di dispenser per il ghiaccio, la macchina del caffè professionale, la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Una veranda per mangiare fuori atrezzata con una seconda cucina+barbecue. La piscina molto curata dallo stesso Richard, host gentile e disponbile a gestire ogni piccolo inconveniente, è la perla della dimora. Quando abbiamo optato per il relax domestico, si è rivelata un'opportunità fantastica da godere dal mattino sino a mezzanotte. Spazio abbondante per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra, costituita da 6 persone + un'amica che ci ha accompagnato in questa fantastica esperienza. La macchina è indispensabile per muoversi sull'isola e per raggiungere la casa, separata da una strada sterrata di 800 m. da quella principale. Ambiente ideale per chi cerca pace e relax e non disdegna la compagnia di qualche grillo, capace di tenere compagnia anche dentro la casa. Esperienza da gustarsi e da ripetere
