Independent studio with shaded terrace, 10 minutes drive from the picturesque port of Brusc and beaches. Shops at 800 m, supermarkets at 2km. Possibility of walks, forest 1km.
The studio consists of a kitchen equipped with oven + microwave oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster ...
Led TV, wifi internet access.
Bathroom with Italian shower and mach. to wash. Bed 2 pers. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer ...

The accommodation is completely independent, the garden equipped with a gate allows the parking of a vehicle inside.
The large terrace is equipped with table, chairs and relax chairs.
Possibility of barbecue and napping "in the shade" in the garden

In the studio you will find different tourist guides on the area.
But we will be happy to give you advice.
Availability: we are next to and easily reachable if you need it.

We are located in a neighborhood of villas, quiet and "residential".
The beach and the small port of Brusc are nearby. You will appreciate to discover the wild peninsula of Gaou, the island of Embiez to 10 min of boat, Mount Salva and its wild creeks.
The Provençal market on Thursday morning on the port, and 10 minutes drive from the charming village of Sanary are local must-haves; the forest of Janas and Notre Dame du Mai will allow you to make beautiful bike rides.
The recommended activities:
- the islands of Gaou (on foot) and Embiez (by boat) of Brusc..
- walk to the Chapel of Notre Dame du Mai
- SIX FOURS national forest for walks or bike rides at 1km
- visit of the medieval village of Le Castellet (20 min ride)
- discovery of the Paul Ricard circuit (at Castellet)
- Sanary night market
- and of course all the nautical activities (boat rental, jet ski, paddle, sails, ...)

Great apartment

Property just as described, perfect for a couple. Air conditioning was a great plus along with the outside space for relaxing. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful, giving us ideas of places to visit and welcoming us with wine, water and beer! We would definitely stay there again.

Wundervolle Woche in Südfrankreich

Wir haben die 8 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienunterkunft sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Im Außenbereich ist sogar eine gemütliche Loungegruppe, die auf den Bildern gar nicht zu sehen ist! Jean Marc und Sophie sind klasse Gastgeber. Sie geben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und sind sehr freundlich, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die Verständigung klappt super in englischer Sprache. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und konnten alles in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Vielen Dank und à bientôt 😃!!!

Tous simplement top.

J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cette petite maison. Terrasse très agréable avec une partie ombragée composée de chaises longues, sièges avec cousin, petite table et grande table extérieure. On peu rentrer le véhicule, tout est clos et c'est top quand vous êtes avec un chien. L'intérieur est très bien équipé, le lit est confortable, et pour 30 m2 vous manquez pas de place. Un petit paradis tranquille. Les propriétaires sont accueillant, et vous ferons partager de toutes les bonnes adresses autant sur la restauration que des diverses activités possible. Bref je recommande vraiment cette location.

Super séjour grâce à une location au top

La location est très propre et fonctionnelle. La terrasse est on ne peut plus agréable grâce à l'arbre apportant de l'ombre ainsi que le store si besoin. Location très bien équipée (machine a laver, étendage, cintres, table a repasser, bouilloire, machine nespresso...). Petites attentions dans le frigo (boissons) à notre arrivée. Très agréable après une longue route. Enfin les propriétaires sont charmants et ne manqueront pas de vous faire profiter de leurs bonnes adresses (restaurants, balades etc). Nous vous recommanderons et notre petite chienne est d'accord avec nous ;)

C’est la deuxième années que nous allons à cet endroit et cela reste toujours des vacances très agréables , des endroits magnifiques. L’appartement est très bien situé au calme, très bien équipé , terrasse sécurisée et super agréable. Stationnement pour la voiture devant la terrasse. Le propriétaire est disponible à tout moment pour des renseignements et très sympathique. Je recommande fortement.

Propriétaires très accueillants, gentils et serviables, répondant au besoin sans soucis. Espace bien aménagé, avec surtout tout à disposition! Un régal de ne pas devoir amener linge de maison, ou produits d’entretiens. Quelques denrées d’accueil dont bouteille d'eau fraiche, bière, quatre heure, après la route fait très bonne impression! Rénovation récente ou neuf (je ne sais pas), tout est là pour le confort (ustensile cuisines, machine à lavé, cafetière, passoires,...) Le plus est le petit jardinet, calme avec espace manger, salon et transats Attention, pas très proche de la mer, voiture ou vélo sur place fournis, à recommander. Mais je n'ai pas eu de soucis pour me déplacer ou me garer lors de mes déplacements. La climatisation est présente et fortement appréciable, de plus que les animaux sont acceptés. Je recommande

Nous étions là dans le cadre du grand prix de France de F1, le propriétaire a été très accueillant et nous a aider à trouver des solutions pour l’accès au Gp.
