It has Washer and Dryer, ACs on living area and master bedroom, Refrigerator, Stove, Dining Set for 6 people, living room set, blinds, ceiling fans, linens, towels, pots, cutlery, silverware, china, glasses, umbrella and two beach chairs that can also be used on the roof because of the gorgeous view. It's only a few small blocks from the beach at La Marina. Best beach! No sewer from houses or hotels. La Cruz is being worldwide recognized for it's peaceful environment. And Puerto Vallarta which is only 40 minutes away is no 1 in the world for retirees. International Airport in Puerto Vallarta. There's maid cleaning available.
