Garden City's shops and restaurants are only a mile east, and the slopes of Beaver Mountain Ski Area are 13 miles west.

Close to the Marina

The home was beautiful and really close to the marina. The home was a little dirty compared to other places we have stayed with VRBO. Supplies were very limited in the kitchen as far as paper towel, dish rag, garbage bags, spices etc. Overall it was a great location and nice property.

Magical Getaway

Timberland at Bear Lake has a special kind of magic. It is a wonderful place to spend time as family and let life slow down for a while. It is beautiful and cozy, with a very well-equiped kitchen. There are lots of fun things to do, from the theater room, pool table, and ping pong table and teeter totter outside. It is well-decorated,with tasteful furniture and artwork throughout the home.

Great Vacation Home

The location near Garden City was ideal. The house was high on a hill with a great view of the lake and marina. It accommodated our group of 10 (including four generations) comfortably, and was clean and attractive. We enjoyed playing pool on their quality pool table. During the evenings we played board games on the large table on the main level. The swimming pool was perfect for children. We used the fire pit to make s'mores on one of the evenings. We'd happily return here on a future trip to Bear Lake. We loved our experience!

House was clean and had everything you need. BUT DON’T LET THE PICTURES OF VIEW FOOL YOU. Tress block the lake on all decks. Yard is completely overgrown with brush. Fire pit buried. Please update for photos so people aren’t deceived upon arrival…

Great holiday weekend

Loved the homey feel, the well equipped kitchen (had Thanksgiving there), the gorgeous view and the spacious feel (22 of us, and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other!). Love the family pictures on the wall - felt like they had invited us into their home!!

Beautiful winter setting

They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The jacuzzi and steam shower were amazing ways to relax and the view is breathtaking. You can bring your own gaming equipment or laptop for the movie room. Wonderful stay!

The house was just okay. Definitely does not sleep 16 adults comfortably. Also only has 2 showers, the upstairs/master bath only has a tub which is not convenient. The mattresses on the sleeper couches in the basement desperately need to be replaced. We actually had to go buy air mattress and put those on top of the actual mattress. All of the bedding and pillows could be upgraded. I wish I would have brought my own pillows. The house isn’t as big as it looks in the pictures and the view would have been great but there are huge trees in the way. I would suggest trimming the trees!

Nice Family Cabin

Enjoyed staying at this cabin about a 20 minute drive from the north beach at Bear Lake on the side of a steep hill. The cabin was as expected except there wasn't a regular shower upstairs. If they put in another toilet and shower upstairs it would have been perfect! The area is surrounded by other cabins but the trees provide a sense of privacy and the view of the lake is beautiful. Parking is challenging especially with a boat!

Run down.

I would never stay in this place again. It was clean in the aspect of vacuumed and the countertops were clean, etc. but there was major mold on the ceiling beams. The The property is definitely run down and not maintain. Several things did not work properly in the house including the AC. Trees and weeds were completely over grown everywhere completely blocking all the views of the lake. The one perk this house had was it was very well stocked.
