The house is very roomy and well laid out for low square footage. Tops on amenities but you may want to bring your own shampoo for a longer than weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool area. Not too far from downtown PS. All in all I'd highly recommend.
Really enjoyed staying here during a conference trip to Palm Springs - owner was very accommodating and helped us as we had an early flight in to the city and showed up
In minutes. Couldn’t be more complementary of their communication.
The house is what it looks like online. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities, perfect and private backyard and close to everything. If we had 4 adults and it was a great house for us. Also they have very reasonable requests for checking out and contacting them is easy.
This house was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. The check in process was easy and friendly. The outdoor pool and fire pit area were beautiful. The inside was also very clean and well appointed and enough space for 4 adults. Would definitely rent again.
My friends and I had a great stay. The house was beautiful, well appointed, and spacious. The backyard was perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication with the property manager was also a highlight.
The house was quintessential midcentury modern and a pleasure to come home to after our adventures each day. Nicely furnished and equipped, and I would recommend it unreservedly.
Secluded back yard in classic Palm Springs neighborhood
This is a classic Palm Springs property in a classic Palm Springs neighborhood. It has been well updated, with TV in every room, a good kitchen, and a very enjoyable pool/hot tub/sun area, The location is good -- minutes from downtown, and a mile to a large grocery store. We cooked in a lot, as the house was so enjoyable. We did check out downtown, and had tremendous Mexican food and cocktails. We hiked up by the tram, and took an app-enabled tour of famous Palm Springs celebrity homes, which took us to some very appealing areas. We golfed at Tahquiz Creek club -- a very nice public course. Our time in Palm Springs was idyllic. Exactly what we hoped for in escaping the last gasps of a New England winter. We can't wait to return.
It’s always hard to rent a place just by looking at pictures, but I feel the photos were an excellent representation of the home. Mid century, modern on a quiet street could’ve been more perfect. Our only complaint would be not enough silverware and bowls lol… we’re definitely renting the same house in the future.
Our family of four just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. When we first arrived, our first impression was that the home and outside was smaller than the online photos, but we quickly realized that wasn't the case. The house is just large enough and the backyard and pool is excellent. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, but close to everything you need. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning again.
There was a nice indoor fireplace for cool mornings and evenings. Kitchen is stocked with appliances, with fair variety of cooking utensils. Beds are comfy, the living room furniture is less than available on a 'comfort scale'.
The outdoor pool is heated and nice to get into, the hot tub is separate, functional, more of an addition than a highlight.
Good opportunity to stay.
This house is simply the quintessential Palm Beach paradise which will have you nearing tears at your imminent departure. It's stunning, it's beautifully decorated, but most importantly it struck our perfect balance between an uncluttered respite and supplied with everything you might need. Beach towels and pool toys were put to excellent use, the kitchen had all of the essentials, and the location was great for hopping in to town for a meal. The only problem is that despite the glorious mountains and outdoor experiences that await, you may find yourself not wanting to leave this magical little paradise of a house. Thank you to the accommodating hosts. We miss this home already!
Seriously, the best house rental I've ever stayed at, full stop!
The Property Manager literally thought of every detail to make his guest comfortable. The house itself is immaculate and decorated great. His communication with me was always prompt. He met us at the property to show us how everything worked, which I definitely appreciated. He even had two comfy bathrobes available for us. They have a great coffee and espresso machine in the kitchen. The Property Manager also afforded us a little early check-in time, which we appreciated. You have a mountain view from the backyard. It was very reasonably priced. I could go on and on, but you should check it out for yourself.
My friends and I stayed here 4 nights for Memorial Weekend. Its easy to get to and to get to other places within PS. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook with. The air-conditioning worked really good, and the rooms felt spacious and were clean. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms were too bright in the mornings. Even though the sun came up on the other end of the property, the light was seeping through the window shades at 5:45 am. Every person complained about not being able to sleep in while on vacation. This could be easily taken care of with darker shades.
Comfortable and stylish. Well appointed kitchen. Good guest storage options. Spacious, well landscaped back yard with many comfortable lounging areas. Only criticism is low water pressure. This may be city-imposed ? We live where water is plentiful so we may not appreciate the water restrictions.
My family had a wonderful time made possible by the clean, modern, yet cozy accommodations.
The neighborhood was very quiet and the view of the mountains was spectacular. The inner courtyard in the front and high hedge in the back make for great privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, even for preparing a Thanksgiving meal. All the room were attractive, comfortable and updated. We would definitely stay at the same location on our next family trip to Palm Springs.
We really enjoyed staying here on our girls trip. Nearly everything was fabulous, including comfortable beds/bedding, kitchen had what we needed, yard, pool, hot tub, grill and fire all fabulous, our only complaint was being right under where the airplanes take off, it is really loud while outside trying to unwind. We had an amazing trip and the owner was very helpful.
