Sleeping up to 5 guests in two bedrooms, it is a compact and practical base for a small group. The living space is open plan, including the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, with a fully equipped kitchen and simple, modern design.

Guests have access to shared facilities including a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as communal bike storage. The centre, lifts, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. In winter, the Portes du Soleil ski area is easily reached, whilst in summer Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes are nearby.
