We stayed three weeks. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a long stay. The balcony is big and has stunning views over the ocean. Don't feed the birds they will feed themselves. Please note that the couch shown on the photos is no longer in the apartment - instead it's three outdoor lounge chairs, which worked perfectly well for us.We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Despite the language barrier the host insured our stay was very nice. Proximity to beach and. Nearby cities was awsome and local food is terrific. Sunrise over Monaco...wow.

Wonderful stay!

This place is lovely in the center of cap d’ail. It is not too far from Monaco or Nice and even has local beaches with great restaurants to visit. The balcony has an incredible view and the apartment is air conditioned! It was amazing.

Fantastic Spot!

Loved staying here again, incredible views and so close to the principality. The new 600 bus made it really easy to get from Cap-d'Ail down to Nice or over to Monaco or even up to Menton. Would love to come back again sometime!

Beautiful view

The place was clean and well equipped. The view and patio were amazing. The pool was awesome and the snack bar and snack bar lady was very nice. We highly recommend and would go back.

Fantastic place!

An incredible apartment in a great location with a beautiful view, and just one stop on the train from Monaco. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were really helpful, and being able to open up the living room for a full en plein air experience was great. I hope I can stay here again some time!

Perfect location, Amazing view

I spend one week in this place and it was perfect. Quiet, convenient, clean, beautiful view. Spent most of my time staring at the ocean if I wasn’t enjoying Monaco or other small towns in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, excellent view and location

Beautiful apartment with an incomparable view located minutes from Monaco. Close to public transportation (train, buses), close to the beach, although you have to be in good physical shape to walk stairs, but the work pays off because the closest beach is the best in the Côte D'Azur. The apartment was perfectly clean, and all you need for a comfortable stay was available.

Extremely happy. Everything about the property was accurate. Beautiful views, quaint village and the property itself was in excellent condition. Very clean with excellent accommodations. The host, Philipe was very responsive when needed beforehand. Our contact, Colette, met us on time and was helpful and very courteous.We would definitely like to come back.Thank you again for such a a wonderful visit.

We loved our experience at this cozy apartment with an unbelievable view!Colette was extremely helpful and responsive, and we had a great time in cap-d’ail, and enjoyed visiting Monaco! The nearby infinitypool is beautiful and also has an amazing view of the mountains in the Mediterranean Sea. It got a little bit crowded on a few days, but it is a lovely pool so perhaps to be expected.We strongly recommend this apartment to any couple or individual! Merci Beaucoup, Colette!

Nice little accommodation

The apartment is very nicely located. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the view of the sea and relax for hours. The apartment is small and well furnished. There is (almost) everything you need. Unfortunately there is no WiFi, so that´s makes working on the PC complicated. The check in and the arrangement before arrival were perfect, even though we arrived late. We felt very comfortable.

All class on the Riviera

Wow, location High up to capture spectacular day/night views . Local bus access ,Fabulous infinity pool. All amenities you could need in apartment although Could do with internet for International travellers from Australia. But overall fantastic .Colette and Phillipe were a pleasure to deal with. We miss our stay already

Tidy flat with stunning views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quite small but perfect size for 2. Very clean. The views were incredible. Only comments I have would be to fix the air conditioning in the living room and, if possible, provide access to a washing machine. The flat is within walking distance to the train and Plage Mala, though the hike up the hill is quite steep for those that are not in good physical health or with disabilities - for us it was no problem. Check in and check out with caretaker was very easy and she was very helpful. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Amazing Trip

Mesmerizing views from the outside patio! I could have sat there all day. Apartment was just the right size for my husband and me. The first day,we did have a difficult time finding the place,GPS could not find the street address given. If you type in Residence Costa Plana (the name of the complex) GPS finds that with no issue. So eventually we were able to meet up with Colette, who was super nice & helpful showing us everything we needed for our stay. We were there for F1 race, so we rode the 600 bus into Monaco each day. About 10 minute ride, 2.50 each way. Sure beat driving and finding parking! We also made it to the beach. It was absolutely beautiful! So many stairs!!! Practice on your staircase at least a dozen times per day to get you ready for this, it's worth it. Apartment is towards the top of the hill & roads are small (and winding)1 lane each direction. I was super glad we rented a small car-- mini Cooper and my husband did all the driving. It is possible to drive about half way to the beach and park on the street. Get there early for a spot. And bring comfortable walking shoes!! Such a nice town, makes you want to get out there and walk everywhere you go. Definitely want to come back again!

Appartement propre avec une magnifique vue panoramique.Très bel accueil de Colette.Les bruits de la ville sont bien présents mais avec la clim et fenêtres closes il est tout à fait possible de dormir.La chambre est minuscule et de ce fait le lit aussi.Pas de parasol à la piscine.Garage très facile d'accès.
