The sea is 50 meters away. The small beach of Sant'Ambroggio (pretty wide cove of fine white sand) is 90 meters away.

Garden with trees of 300 m2, with two large terraces.

Air conditioner. Very high speed internet access (Livebox Orange 20 Mbit / s). Weber gas barbecue with electronic ignition.

Separate toilets. Bathroom with bathtub. Outdoor shower with hot water.

Price including the supply of sheets and hand towels.

Cleaning fee of 40 € in addition to be given at the delivery of the keys.

500 € deposit check to be provided upon delivery of the keys. Uncashed. Returned at check-out unless degradations.

The mini villa is in the center of the Marine de Sant'Ambroggio (a vast seaside resort seaside dotted with wooded common areas). The Navy is mainly composed of many mini villas of different style for the holidays. She is in a friendly and open environment. The Sant'Ambroggio Marine is secure (security company 365 days a year & 24 hours a day). The Navy has its own large capacity port, and all the necessary shops (boat rental, shipchandler, bar, restaurant, grocery, bakery, hairdresser, butcher, etc.).

Electric blind on the entire front terrace. Calm garden with olive, pear, myrtle, bougainvillea, laurel, etc. Large parasol on the shaded and quiet rear terrace. Ample free shaded parking 50 meters away with direct access.

Comfortable interior (washing machine; fridge; separate freezer; dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob; microwave; Nespresso coffee machine). Orange TV package. Satellite TV. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Separate toilets. Outdoor shower with hot water.

The large beach of Sant'Ambroggio (very wide beach of fine white sand) is 300 meters away. The port and all the shops of Sant'Ambroggio are a five-minute walk along the beach.

The little Balagne train, which runs along the coast between Calvi and L'Île Rousse with multiple stops in the various villages and above the many beaches, stops at the small Sant-Ambroggio station located 900 meters away.

Vicino al mare

Ottimo giardino e veranda, ma da recintare bene. Appartamento piccolo dotato di tutti, ma da ristrutturare e rimodernare, consiglierei un letto matrimoniale ( anche se sapevamo della soluzione due letti singoli), zanzariere da rinnivare, qualche luce da cambiare in quanto non funzionante. Con piu attenzione potrebbe diventare un ottimo appartamento. Soggiorno piacevole nel complesso.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

La location est très bien située pour des vacances reposantes au mois de septembre. Le lit (canapé) est super confortable. La documentation à disposition nous a été très utile. Merci Nicolas pour ce séjour vraiment agréable.

L emplacement de la location est idéale pour explorer la Balagne, c est vraiment le point fort. La location est bien fonctionnelle pour 4. Il ne manque qu une cafetière.

Wunderbare zwei Wochen

Wunderbare Lage zwischen L`Ile Rousse und Calvi in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage, super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, tatsächlich 50 m zu einer kleiner felsig/sandigen Bucht , perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Küche gerätetechnisch sehr gut ausgestattet (kleiner Geschirrspüler,Backofen, Gefrierschrank). Das Haus ist klein, aber wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz, wobei wir Erwachsenen im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben, war aber in Ordnung. Die zwei Terassen sind wunderbar , der vorhandene Gasgrill draußen war top! Der Vermieter war bei der ein oder anderen Frage immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung voll in Ordnung !

Perfekte Lage, schöne, gepflegte Ferienhaussiedlung

Das Ferienhäuschen hat eine perfekte Lage, nur 2-3 Minuten bis zu sehr schönen Stränden. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, ab und zu hört man den Animateur des Club Med auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht. Großzügige Terrasse, nicht einsehbar. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin. Küche und Bad sind zweckmäßig. Die Ausstattung eher unteres Level (z.B. beim Duschen läuft das Wasser über, kaum Kochgeräte vorhanden, Stockbett sehr wackelig und quietschend). Die Mezzanine mit zwei ausgewiesenen Schlafplätzen ist schwer nutzbar, da eine extrem steile Leiter/Treppe hochführt, zudem ist es extrem heiß dort oben. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Alles in allem würden wir trotzdem die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

ruhige Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Ferienwohnung wird für 6 Personen angeboten. Es sind zwar ausreichend Betten da, aber bei schlechtem Wetter wird es dann sehr eng. Es sind weder ein Tisch noch Stühle im Haus vorhanden. Pro Person erhält man nur ein großes Handtuch. Auch Teile des Geschirrs sind nicht ausreichend, so sind z.B. nur kleine Espressotassen im Schrank. Die Verbrauchsmittel wie Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle sind nur in ganz geringen Umfang vorhanden und reichen nicht für den Mietzeitraum. Auf der Terrasse sind nur 2 Liegen aufgestellt, die auch noch mit je einer Sperrholzplatte und Klebeband provisorisch repariert wurden.

Calme et pratique !

Nous avons séjourné du 18 au 23 juin. Le logement est situé au cœur de la marine de Sant Ambroggio au milieu entre Calvi et Île Rousse. Le calme règne dans ce petit havre de paix! La plage est accessible à pied sans problème et la douche extérieure permet de se rincer facilement. Le logement est pratique , confortable et climatisé comme il faut. Un petit plus pour l barbecue à gaz qui permet de faire quelques grillades. Rien à dire pour une situation en Balagne assez centrale, ce logement peut convenir pour rayonner dans les villages voisins. Un petit relevés des différentes adresses où manger dans le coin est disponible et aussi bien utile.

Parfait pied à terre très bien équipé pour visiter le nord de la Corse !

Cette petite maison située au calme et toute proche des plages offre de nombreux avantages, tant par la qualité des équipements que la proximité de nombreux points d'intérêt. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis, et ne pouvons que la recommander à une famille avec enfants. La petite terrasse côté mer est très agréable et à l'abri des regards, on s'y sent " comme à la maison "......EN MIEUX !!

Proche mer et bien situé entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse

Emplacement idéal et calme (début Septembre) . La mer et la plage tout près ainsi que la marine pour les diverses petites courses .Maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle . Utilisation du Living canapé (qui est très confortable) car la chambre en mezzanine n'est pas pratique . Très bon contact avec le propriétaire.

Endroit top !

Endroit vraiment top ; marine sympa avec la mer partout, des voisins bronzés, calme farniente et barbecue sur la terrasse ; On recommande ; les hôtes sont charmants et au petits soins ; Intérieur un peu kitch mais tout y est, et puis ... on vit dehors ! Comme la location est plutôt pas trop cher du coup ça donne un très bon rapport qualité prix
