Fantastic beach location! The condo has view to nice Turquoise Ocean.
Enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner in the large balcony looking the beautiful sunrise and breathtaking sunset.
Can sleep comfortably up to 6 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom, sofa bed and bunk beds in the hallway.
It is located on the second floor, no elevator.
Full size kitchen fully equipped. Washer and Dryer in the unit.
Bath can be accessed from the hall and the bedroom.
Free wifi and cable. Smart TV.
There is a heated pool, hot tub and charcoal grills for your pleasure.
the Condo is located on a bike trail which goes on for miles along scenic 98. On the balcony there are beach chairs (2), for your use.
if you like shopping we have: Silver Sands Factory stores, just a few miles away has over 100 designer outlet stores. names like Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana republic, Sacks. Even closer we have Commons outdoor mall.
For movies AMC theater located in the mall.
Big Kahuna's water park is 3 miles away.
The track amusement Center 2.5 miles away. has mini golf, water bumper boats, go carts.
Groceries less than a mile away is Publix and Whole foods. all your favorite restaurants are less than a mile away and walking distance.

Cute little place. Has a little bedroom for a couple but also bunk beds in the hallway to accommodate more if needed. Perfect for our stay. We could walk across the street and immediately be at a public beach. Plenty of parking and a fully stocked kitchen. Loved our stay.

Loved our stay at the Grand Caribbean West! We enjoyed the very warm pool. The view from the balcony is great. You can hear the waves! The unit is comfortable with new flooring throughout. The owner was very responsive with handling any queries we had. We made a couple of recommendations to make a stay even better and I’m confident the unit will continue to be improved. We plan to be back next year!

Weather was great and location of condo, heated pool excellent! Chemicals in hot tub bleached out swimsuit. Condo needs new mattress badly! Also, floors (especially bathroom) and baseboards filthy!

Our stay was wonderful. Location to the beach was perfect and the condo was the perfect size for my family. Good restaurants and grocery stores within minutes of the condo. Condo was very clean! Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbors.

Great place for vaca

This was our first trip to this location in Destin. The condo was all it promised to be, the master bed was comfy, adult son in hall bunk was comfy, the kitchen had all we needed, the living room was perfect for small group, super clean condo, we had an angled view of ocean off the balcony, it was a short walk across the street and down the stairs of the boardwalk to the beach, there was an umbrella, circular float, and boogie board for our use as well as 2 small ice chests, plenty of linen in bathroom. We were near everything to do in Destin. The owner checked with me just after we arrived to make sure I didn’t need anything. Super satisfied!!!! 5 stars
