This is a newly renovated home located in the fun, trendy and walk-able South Hampton neighborhood. As well as a short drive from sites such as Busch Stadium, Forest Park, The Gateway Arch, Washington University and St. Louis University. The South Hampton neighborhood has many great restaurants to enjoy!

Best Friends' Weekend Getaway

My best friend for over 30 years and I each drove 5 hours to meet halfway to see eachother. This lovely home and neighborhood were the perfect little getaway for us!

This was a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location, and very comfortable stay. We felt so welcome and will definitely be back! Brian was so friendly and welcoming, and the house had all the little touches to make it feel like home away from home.

Perfect stay for a small family

This property was perfect for my visit to STL. It was an easy commute for me to get to the office in the morning and it also had a desk setup for my wife to work from the house. The backyard was nice for my toddler to get out and play as well. It was perfect for our needs.

Wonderful and accommodating

We stayed in St. Louis just for a day they accommodated my family So we could rest for a few hours before moving on to the next part of our trip, as we drive overnight with the kid, it was wonderful!! we have nothing but great things to say and I would definitely stay here again

The three of us had a great time. Location was perfect, within minutes to any attraction, close to walk to merchants. Brian checked in on us to see that everything was ok. We appreciate that. Would most diffently stay there again. Thank you for a lovey house.

Loved our stay!

This was our first time staying in St. Louis and we couldn't have picked a better home! It was close to everything we wanted to do and had restaurants nearby (some within walking distance). There's a table and chairs on the deck so you can enjoy the yard. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The bathroom was updated and stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Homeowners were great and had a lot of amenities in the home (coffee, soap, games, books, movies etc). We loved our stay!

4 of us stayed here for the weekend- very comfy, had plenty of space! Patio was lovely, house was clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and extra amenities! There are some shops and little restaurants in walking distance. Worth checking out!

Girls Weekend Getaway

My best friend and I took a weekend trip to STL to celebrate 20 years of friendship. We had never been to STL and found this quaint little house on Vrbo. The owner was so hospitable and answered every question we had. If we come back to STL, we will definitely stay uere again!

Cozy SoHa Holiday

This is a lovely, cozy home in the South Hampton neighborhood. It was perfect for our small family and had a crib and bathtub for our 8 month old. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on Macklind and Hampton. Host Brian was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and checked in with us periodically to see if we needed any additional assistance.Originally from the area, our visit to STL had a dual purpose - introduce our daughter to our extended family and scope out potential neighborhoods to move back to next year. This home was so comfy and cozy and so close to friends and family in the area that we finally made the decision to move back home! Maybe we’ll be neighbors soon!

Cozy little house in a safe neighborhood!

We have stayed in this home twice, and both times were excellent! Great location for visiting Forest Park, The Missouri Botanical Garden, and more. The house is super clean, with all the amenities of home. Brian and Lindsey are wonderful hosts, too! We can't wait to return to our home away from home!

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Louis. The location of the house is perfect and in a very safe neighborhood. So close to any attraction in St. Louis. Don't hesitate at all to stay here. Also a very great price! Appreciate what they have provided for others to visit St. Louis.

My wife, Lindsey and I are life long St. Louisans. We have been married for 9 years and love all that St. Louis has to offer including great restaurants, parks, sports and events. We have a 10 year old Australian Cattle Dog "Red Heeler" named Max who we adore. (You'll see pictures of him at the house.) We also love to travel around the world and experience other places as well. I love to fish while we are on vacation and Lindsey enjoys relaxing at the beach! We love to try local restaurants and check out parks and and nature as well. We are looking forward to hosting you in our home!

Why they chose this property

The house was built in 1913 but the interior was completely renovated in 2018 so it has old charm on the outside with a modern feel on the inside.
