This was our second stay at this home. The household infrastructure is all in working order and the house is spotless. Communication with the owners is seamless from booking to departure. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect place to spread out and regroup during the CU Boulder graduation activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Thank you very much for staying with us again! Congrats to your graduating child, and we were pleased you could all be together in our house!
We had a lovely graduation weekend with 7 family members enjoying the lovely home. It accommodated all abilities and interests of 3 generations with a queen bed main floor bedroom for the oldies, and master up and 2 additional below. Some could walk to Pearl Street, some enjoy hikes nearby and some just sit and enjoy the view. Our hosts were very kind and responsive helping us to immediately feel at home in their house. Boulder is a special place and being together in this nice house made it even more special.

We are so glad our home helped your family enjoy such a memorable time in Boulder. Congratulations and best wishes to the graduate! David and Molly
We had a wonderful time here, clean and well supplied. Even had fresh flowers! Great touch. Loved the back porch with the fire pit, was especially nice at night, in the cool Colorado evenings after kids had gone to sleep. Basement was perfect for 6 month old and 2 year old to sleep while others were upstairs visiting. David and Molly were very helpful and easy to reach out to and responded very quickly. Easy walk to the pearl street mall and on a very quiet street. Definitely a favorite now in Boulder, highly recommend.
This Mapleton Hill residence provided our family of four with the perfect place to gather over CU Boulder Parent Weekend. This well-appointed home allowed us a place to gather while offering plenty of space for us to spread out and not be on top of one another. The historic neighborhood location is delightfully quiet and a respite from the campus activity. Our hosts were responsive from the moment we booked the reservation until we turned in our key. I have stayed in other properties that fall short of the description provided, this home is everything it promises: Clean, cozy, accommodating, quiet, beautiful and within walking distance of downtown Boulder. I hope to stay here again on future visits to Boulder. Thank you!
This is a lovely comfortable house with all the amenities. It is located in a beautiful historic district with Craftsman architecture. You can feel the history in the house. Location is walkable to Pearl Street with easy access to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Molly is beyond attentive and easy to reach. We would absolutely stay here again.
The house was very clean and spacious and a short walk from Pearl St. The owners were very easy to work with and checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely rent from them again.
I rented this home while my daughter recovered from surgery. The location was perfect. My 13 year old was about to walk to several trails to hike. Home is well equipped and owners went above and beyond to accommodate any request. I highly recommend this house if you are in the Boulder area.
We stayed at David and Molly's home for a month this summer as we waited for our new home to close. I can't say enough great things about it. The location is prime - the Mapleton Hill neighborhood is fabulous. You are steps away from incredible hiking trails and just a few more steps away from the shops and restaurants of Pearl Street. The house has ample space. We have 2 boys - each had their own room plus we each had space for offices to work remotely. The deck and yard are lovely - we really enjoyed dining al fresco in the summer evenings. Waking up in the 2nd-floor master suite gives a gorgeous view of the mountains. My husband LOVED cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. David and Molly are very responsive and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend this home for a memorable stay in Boulder.
Four of us rented this beautiful home for ten days in June of 2019. We had traveled to Boulder to attend a writing retreat. Daily classes were held at the Boulder Bookstore, a pleasant 15 minute walk from the house.. The owners were delightful to communicate with, responding enthusiastically to the prospect of our being their first renters and then helpfully as we raised occasional questions while residing there. The spaciousness of the living, kitchen, and dining areas suited our needs very well, including our ability to host seven others writers for evening salons during which we shared a meal as well as samples of our ongoing work. Many features of the house design as well as the owners' appealing pieces of art added to the pleasure we experienced as tenants. We are already looking to June of 2020 in hopes of a return visit to this property.
