Old Charentaise house with very thick walls, central heating and modern equipment as well as WIFI. It is located in a very quiet village in which is a bar, restaurant, tobacco, 5 minutes from a shopping village and a large Carrefour Market.
The house is warm and the rooms are spacious. In the living room, in winter, there is a chimney swept every year and wood is at your disposal. For the warmer months the house has a private pool of 50m2 and a total beach of 100 m2. The rooms are about 30m2 each.

Séjour pour un rassemblement familiale

Une Maison de cette surface est bien faite pour ce genre de rassemblement dommage que les espaces soient mal répartis et qu'elle ne soit pas entretenue pour un accueil familiale ou de groupe , une des chambres qui ressemble plus à une cave (,sans fenêtre ,béton brut au sol ,énorme toiles d'araignées ,.mouches mortes ) à notre arrivée nous avons été obligé de faire le ménage . -Salle d'eau du bas vétuste se trouvant dans le passage entre le haut , le bas et la cuisine ,obligé de condamner 2 portes supprimant le passage entre l'étage le halle d'entrée et la cuisine pour trouver un peu d'intimité -Chasse d'eau de wc à surveiller à chaque utilisation -Très mal insonnorisé entre le haut et le bas -Mobilier de jardin sale et pour certains en mauvais états -Jardin et potager très mal entretenus ,qui devrait être un cadre agréable pour un séjour en famille -Tonnelle vétuste -Par contre très belle piscine dommage que le coin cuisine d'été soit vétuste et sale -Plats et vaisselle à profusion -Chambre pour les enfants avec beaucoup de jeux et livres -Très bien accueilli , voisinage proche sympatique et discret -Pour une location dans cet état , dans une région pas très touristique le prix est vraiment surfait Cordialement

Bon séjour, logement propre, dans un petit village perdu dans la campagne charentaise, piscine agréable, seule la météo n'a pas été au rendez-vous pour profiter plus du cadre !

Great value for money, lovely hosts, private pool, powerful WiFi good enough for Netflix

We had a really lovely relaxing visit to Villejésus. We had an amazing welcome from Charles and a 5-day visit was like a fortnight. The pool was lovely and private, the rooms were comfortable, the location was really convenient, Would be really happy to return.
