2 BR 2 BATH, 1Bed & Bath upstairs, and 1 Bed & Bath Down, Both Queen Beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, luxury sheets and towels.
Quiet peaceful park like setting, with rocking and eating covered porch.
we are 15 min. to Franklin 35 Min to Highlands. Tessentee Farm Wedding Venue is 1/4 mile, as is the Bartram Trail Head.

We are surrounded by numerus hiking trails, water falls, and magnificent views.
Other attractions include two local brewery's, gem mines the Greenway River Walk, many lakes, white water rafting, and family zip line.
Owners are close by for any of your needs. we want you to enjoy what we enjoy every day.

The Guest House is peaceful, relaxing and extremely clean. There is plenty of privacy, but feel secure with having the hosts near. Touches of Fall decor was beautifully designed that made for a welcoming and warm stay.

Its the little things!

We have stayed twice and for this visit the owners welcomed us back with flowers and a bottle of wine. The house is curated just as thoughtfully with all the small touches that make your stay perfect. We love the peacefulness of the property and the kindness of the owners.

The BEST!!!!

This is by far the best VRBO experience we have had. Mike and Sam make you feel like you are at home when you stay at their guest house. The wine and homemade muffins were so good and thoughtful. I cannot say enough about the entire property. We will definitely be back soon!

Owners are so super nice and made us feel welcome, even left us a tasty treat at check in!Would have loved a full length mirror and taller hook to hang a long dress from, but those missing things definitely did not take away from the house or our stay. Just personal needs is all. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

Our stay at The Guest Cottage, was fabulous! The Cottage is absolutely adorable, spotless, comfortable and the setting could not be better! Franklin is a charming area, convenient to many places we wanted to visit. The owners of the Cottage are extremely hospitable and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again when in this area!

Love the location and respite from the heat of Hilton Head. Our Black Labrador was in doggie heaven with the cool mountain air and fields of grass to roll and romp in. Great front porch to relax on with an adult beverage, and Mike & Sam are great hosts. We will be back!

Yes indeed "private, quiet, peaceful"! Beyond spotless clean and the grounds well manicured, several peaceful seating areas. Easy 2 lane road [dead end past house] approach. Sam and Mike were attentive hosts with a service mindset. well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, interesting antique furniture. isolated but close enough to Franklin-kayaking, breweries, river greenway walk. Expansive grass and trees grounds for a dog and renters to wander. We'll be back!

Fantastic stay!

Our hosts Sam and Mike provided comfortable accommodations making sure every detail was covered. Leaving the lights on for our late arrival, bottle of wine with fresh flowers and homemade pound cake welcoming us on kitchen counter, luxury sheets and towels, and peaceful surroundings enjoyed on the front porch rockers and hillside swing made for a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend away from the city hustle. We have already booked our next stay!
