Beautiful luxury apartment located 5 minutes from Disneyland Paris by public transport (RER or bus) or by car. It is a quiet apartment and ideal for a stay in Disneyland Paris or Marne valley with many shops nearby within walking distance.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a wooden cot. The bathroom consists of a jacuzzi bath and a double vanity unit. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob) and the living room has a sofa bed. The toilets are independent. The apartment also has two fully privatized and landscaped gardens.
Wifi is available during your entire stay.
Two parking spaces are also available in the underground.

Great communication with Dorothee throughout the processThe apartment was extremely spacious and although we only used it for 9 hours on New Years Day (early hours) I'd definitely recommend the apartment as an alternative for those looking to shuttle in to Disney every day

Very close to the park and Val dEurope, only a short drive away, great underground carpark, everything you need for a short break, good contact from the owner too, thank you! Would definitely go back.

Great location, good sized family apartment with secure parking

The apartment was a 10 minute walk from Val d’Europe station giving easy access to central Paris. The apartment itself was a good size for a family of 4. It had all the equipment we needed and the spa bath was an added bonus. The secure parking was great and the communication with the owner was very good with immediate responses.

Perfect location

Our host Dorothee was very friendly and welcoming. She picked us up from the airport and showed us where the shops (5 mins) and train station (10 mins) were. No car hire necessary. Apartment in ideal location for Disney which is 1 stop on the train. Bright and cool apartment with good facilities - just needed a chopping board and bread knife. I would recommend as good value for money. Thank you for our great stay.

Nice apartment in the outskirts of Paris

The apartment is as shown on the website. A slightly noisy neighbourhood, but safe and conveniently located. I would suggest a plumber is hired for some maintenance works (leaky toilet and shower) and perhaps a new coffee machine, but everything can be used.

We arrived at the property there were flies around the entrance door way. No prongs on the plug for the lamp in the lounge.Table was two different sizes put together covered with a bed sheet. Wire hanging off the hairdryer. Very dark inside apartment the toilet had a very dirty high chair in it with all the cleaning equipment It was very tired. We were asked by the host to vacate by 7am on the last day with 10 days notice due to the cleaner having to get an early flight. The garden you could see from the patio door looked like a tip. We were due to stay 4 nights stayed for 1 only because of the late hour. On leaving the front door flies were still there. Would not stay there again.

Nice clean apartment. with two garage spaces. Nice kitchen with all amenities, even a freezer. I think the appartment is to small for 6 adult.Too bad the garden wasn't user-friendly the weather was warm. too small garden set made for 4 slim people, it that was covered with cobweb. The extra beds are not sturdy for overweight people, the legs were loose under the bed. The Whirpool makes a lot of noise.

Nice neighbourhood...

But that was about all that was good. The apartment IS bright in the living room, it IS spacious, and there IS a new kitchen, but it is obviously used only as a rental for income - not much pride in it. It needs a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The toilet room is a storage for mops. The host was cheerful and tried, but we were initially told we could arrive at 3:00. We only got in at 5:30, and communication was not so prompt. I would not stay here again.

Cancelled on us last minute. Technical reasons? By last minute, I mean that we were at the door.

We made all our payments and received no notifications that there were any issues. We showed up at the door and were very shocked to be cancelled due to technical reasons. This was in 3 sentences. No offer to assist or explanation beyond that. I was travelling with children and we were very hot and tired. An extremely kind nearby neighbour took us to a wifi location and we were lucky enough to rebook somewhere else. All in all the fiasco cost us lots of stress and about a 100 euros to rectify. Id be willing to forgive a true mistake if i had not heard from the neighbour that this has happened several times before. That plus the sheer lack of remorseful communication has motivated this review. I felt compelled to warn others away so they do not suffer the stress and added costs we did.

Es war sehr dreckig keine Messer mit denen man schneiden konnte das einzige Schneidebrett was es gab, hatte man später schwarze Farbreste des Brettes an den Lebensmitteln. Bad extrem verkalkt sowie Küche mit scheuermilch mal schnell drüber putzen kostet doch nichts aber Anscheind nicht gewollt. Geschirr und Besteck extrem verdreckt mit Resten dran. Am Rand des Bettes Richtung darunter sehr viele Fußnägel vom Vorgänger unterm Tisch Krümmel vom Vorgänger nicht nur einen Unangenehmer Geruch vermutlich von Heizung in der gesamten Wohnung

Das Appartment ist in Ordnung und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die Lage zu Disneyland ist ideal. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider sehr sehr dürftig. Wir haben kein scharfes Messer, kein Schneidebrett, keine Schere, etc. vorgefunden. Kochen war nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Es fehlte an Vielem. Der Backofen war so schmutzig, dass wir ihn nicht benutzen wollten. Außerdem ist das Wasser wohl sehr kalkhaltig. Die Kaffeemaschine war völlig verkalkt und auch die Armaturen im Bad waren gänzlich weiss und leider alt und schimmlig. Duschen und Baden hat einige Überwindung gekostet. Schade eigentlich, dass der schöne Whirlpool so verkeimt war.

Location pour famille à 5. Idéal pour disney 7min en voiture.A 500m boulangerie et aldi. Rer a 1km. Le parking couvert et fermé est un vrai plus. Le quartier est sécurisé. Il faut penser a prendre les dosettes de café nespresso, savon et serviettes (je trouve un peu vieille et fermé dans l'armoire), lit confortable drap et couverture : parfait. Il y a un frigo a disposition. Cuisine équipée et petit extérieur . Je recommande.

Wir sollten um 16 Uhr einchecken, konnten jedoch erst um 20 Uhr rein. Ohne eine Information wurden wir liegen gelassen, dann kam eine Nachricht das die Putzfrau Probleme mit ihrem Auto hatte. Im Bad war ein Wasserschaden an der Decke, daneben - sowie an der wand- Schimmel. Waschmaschine ohne Funktion. Das positive ist ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Le fait qu'il y a une place parking au sous-sol est un plus. Dommage que un des lits avait des lattes de cassées !! Et que le canapé soit aussi démoli !! Sinon rien à dire...apparemment calme. Les extérieurs mériteraient d'être nettoyés.
