Beautiful open floor plan home located in Evans, GA, only 12 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course. You will find our 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house perfect for multiple guests to feel right at home.
The space
1st Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room, Guest Bathroom, Master Bedroom with private bathroom
2nd Floor: Loft, Guest bedroom with Twin bed, Guest bedroom with Queen bed, Bathroom.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the kitchen and any appliances in it, full laundry room, living room with smart TV, bedrooms and bathrooms, a patio with table and chairs and gas grill.
Other things to note
Please note that we have a dog and two cats in the home. The animals will not be in the home during your stay and the home will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay.
