Pleasant studio cabin 6 persons of 30 m², on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Close to the center of the village, it is NORD exhibition and offers a nice view on the mountain view.

Living room with a sofa bed in 160, dining table and TV.
Kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hobs, a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven.
A night corner at the entrance with 1 bed in 140 and a corner night in the corridor with 2 bunk beds in 90.
Bathroom. Separate WC. Parking is located on the roof of the residence. A ski room is at your disposal on the landing on the 4th floor.
Residence composed of 31 apartments, on 4 floors.

Barèges is a small village nestled in the middle of the forest at 1,240 m altitude, the highest spa in France!
Summer and winter you can enjoy the thermo playground Ciéléo with its starry vault and its breathtaking view over the valley.
Come and enjoy the largest ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées, the free skibus shuttle runs every 30 minutes in winter and brings you to the slopes.

Tourist tax will need to be paid at your arrival for people 18 and older.

De très bonnes vacances en famille

C'était un très bon séjour. L'appartement très bien situé est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Notamment, les enfants et moi, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petits plus (appareil à fondue et à raclette :-)) et la souplesse de l'organisation de l'accueil et du départ qui étaient très appréciables au regard de contraintes fortes un peu imprévues initialement. En résumé ce fut un excellent séjour durant lequel nous avons pu fêter nos retrouvailles avec les joies hivernales de la neige et le ski !

Belle situation, appartement à rafrâichir

L'appartement est situé idéalement au milieu de Barèges. Il faut faire moins de 300m pour prendre le ski-bus, pour trouver les locations de skis ou autres commerces. L'appartement mériterait d'être rénové. Ce qui nous a le moins plus, ce sont des anomalies de sécurité (luminaire tenant par les fils électriques, détecteur de fumée non installé). Par ailleurs, certaines fonctionnalités étaient en mauvais état (barre de support de pommeau de douche, mécanisme des WC). C'est dommage car cela laisse une mauvaise entrée en matière. Pour autant, l'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et calme.

Appartement adapté pour 4 a 6 personnes (paraît plus petit sur les photos). Bien situé dans le centre avec navette à 3 min à pied. Facile pour se garer et locaux propres. Agence très réactives pour répondre à vos demandes.
