Beautiful small village house, very sunny, overlooking the Provençal tile roofs, La Belle Etoile offers an exceptional view of the Tuf rock, characteristic of Cotignac. 100 m2 house, whose interior has been completely renovated with traditional materials, and tastefully decorated. Ideal for vacations



The house offers all the comfort with, on the ground floor:

- a large living room arranged around the fireplace, promises warm moments, TV and DVD,

- a redesigned (larger and more comfortable) and equipped kitchen (refrigerator - freezer, oven and induction hobs, kettle and coffee machine) open to the dining room and overlooking the southwest-facing garden. A French window gives you access to the terrace, then to the garden accessible by a few steps. Large windows allow you to admire the panoramic view of the Notre Dame de Grâces hill, the numerous roofs of the village and the tuff "Rock".

- Toilets and hand-washing facilities are also installed on the ground floor.



Upstairs, the two bedrooms have an exceptional view:

- Room 1 is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) with Air Conditioning

- Room 2, with 2 single beds (90×200) with Air Conditioning

- A bathroom equipped with a large shower, two washbasins, a toilet, and the washing machine.
