• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues.

Perfect!

the location of this apartment was perfect. Only one block away from the bus stop and a quick 20 minute commute into the city. Parking was going to be an issue but prearranged spot could be organized. With a bit of patience we always found a spot. The apartment was very clean, spacious and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.Communicating with Claudia was easy and she always responded in a timely manner.

Location is perfect if you’re planning to visit NYC.

There is no parking! If you bring your car, I recommend paying for the parking spot Claudia listed in the description. Overall apartment is okay.. the only issue was the cleanliness 😭 my friend and I had to clean the entire apartment because smell was unbearable. We found old food inside sofa, dust plus smelly sheets. After we cleaned the apartment was okay.

This place was great!

We stayed here for about a week. The place was great. We own a timeshare and stay in many condos and this is just as good. Clean with beautifully decor and nice beds and bedding. I don’t think the price can be beat for what you are getting and so close to the city. I was a little nervous about it not having many reviews but figured I would give it a chance and glad I did. The place your getting is exactly like the pictures. If you google the address you can even see the outside. It’s a older brick building. Everyone we ran into inside was friendly. I’m a single mom and brought my kids and never did I not feel safe walking around morning or night. You can bring a car (get with owner for parking w/fee) You really never will need one. No matter when you step out the door there will be a bus within a few minutes from the stop. (3.50 to NYC) Use your maps and it will tell you what bus, subway, ferry to get on. Download the NJ transit app and you can buy your passes and just show phone. Uber from Newark airport was about $10 and we Ubered to the liberty ferry which was $6 and then saw Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty and took the other ferry to NY side which brings you to walking distance to Oneworld. There’s a lot to see and it may feel overwhelming at first but you will quickly get the hang of everything. Have fun we did! . . . If I had to point out any cons these below would be it. However they did not affect me they might some. Parking: you have to pay extra to park(I am sure this is most places you rent and I would encourage you not to bring a car as you don’t need it). Great owners, stay and location

The property was clean, well maintained and in a good location. It had everything we were looking for with room to stretch out. It was easy to feel like home here. The bus stop locations were very easy to manage. The bakery location across the street was great and very authentic. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend taking an Uber or a Lift if it gets a little late at night as the bus station gets a crowded and the two busses that run out of the 303 bus terminal can get confusing. Thank you, Claudia...the place is great.
