About this property

Rooftop Casita with Private Patio & Mountain Views

Relaxing rooftop retreat in beautiful Civano neighborhood with tennis, pools, parks and bike trails. 462 sq ft casita with private 240 sq ft patio to enjoy morning coffee and mountain views. Located above a detached garage with own entrance and parking space. 1b/1b also includes a kitchenette and living room with sleeper sofa. Near golf, Tucson's famous 120 mile bicycle loop, shopping, Saguaro Nat'l Park, Colossal Cave & Sabino Canyon.

There is a full size refrigerator, oven/stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and microwave for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, basic utensils and coffee necessities. The casita is equipped with Wi-Fi. You will need a pool key to access the tennis courts, pools, and fenced in play area for tots. Pool key is available upon request. There is a keyless entry into the casita for convenience. There are fruit trees on the property which produce delicious fruit when in season (pomegranates, lemons, limes and oranges).

We are excited to host your stay. We love special occasions so please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your visit extra special for a loved one (birthday, engagement, anniversary, etc.) Have you thought about hiring a photographer while you're in town for new family photos, updated business headshots or portraits? Communication with hosts Scott & Kalei via Vrbo messaging went well; we got all check-in info and property info as needed. Property is exactly like shown in the pictures and all was perfectly comfortable with every needed item in kitchen and bath. After the first half of our day doing either hiking, biking, or shopping, the pool was refreshing. Breakfast by the fruit trees and fountain. Would love to use this place again when visiting Tucson area.

Great getaway

The view from the deck was amazing.It was a very walkable neighborhood with the NP East entrance nearby. The bed was very comfortable- the decor as well.This was a very well thought out casita with great amenities nearby. I would definitely recommend this to friends visiting Tucson. We had a great time!

Great “casita” above garage!

This is our second stay this year at the cute one bedroom casita. Perfect place to stay when visiting family. Extremely clean, good A/C, perfect for two adults. Very close to Saguaro East. The owners are always on top of everything and willing to offer suggestions of things to do in Tucson. We will definitely be back!

Casita in Civano

We stay here at least once a year! Our son lives nearby and we love the privacy here. Scott and Kalei keep their property clean and welcoming. We always have everything we need. The neighborhood is close to Saguaro East, stores and restaurants. We enjoy walks to Civano Nursery and throughout the planned Civano area. This is a great place for a couple to stay for a Tucson visit!

Te location was perfict for our visit to Vail, AZ. Kalie was very personabie and efficient but allowed us our privacy. Second-fioor patio provided great views of sunrise and sunset over the Rincons. All in all. a superb two weeks

Love Cevano neighborhood!

Never been to Arizona, never used VRBO before, this was a risk choice... initially or so it felt but the photos and descriptions reduced that risk to minimal at worst. We arrived and checked in with Scott and then out walking the area which is full of character. Comfortable and safe feeling, the upper floor casita was perfect for the two of us, everything is here and the bed is comfortable... no complaints and would stay here again.
