Homan House is the complete package. It's stunning, has everthing you need, and a wonderful outdoor space. The village of Grignan is a jewel with enjoyable sites, restaurants, shops, and places to explore. Everything is walkable.

EnglishThe location is excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The apartment had decent facilities overall.Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The refrigerator had only been switched on shortly before our arrival, so it did not become properly cold until the following day. We also found cobwebs on the dishes stored on the shelves and hanging from the ceiling, which gave the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.The apartment was also very damp when we arrived. The humidity only disappeared after about a day and a half of being occupied, making the beginning of our stay uncomfortable.Communication with the agency managing the property was poor, slow, and inadequate throughout. They were supposed to send the check-in information eight days before our arrival, but they only sent it the day before—and only after we had contacted them ourselves to ask for it.Finally, the terrace is directly opposite another house. The photos give the impression of a much more private outdoor space than it actually is, which we found misleading.Because of these issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous trouvons votre commentaire très sévère et injustifié. Nous louons cette habitation depuis 2017 et avons recueilli plus de 300 commentaires tous positifs répartis entre Abritel et Airbnb et nous sommes classées « Super Host » chaque année ! Laurent,notre gestionnaire, très professionnel, a eu en effet un souci de téléphone et la communication a pu être impactée. Nous nous en excusons. Concernant la toile d’araignée, il s’agit d’un bien atypique qui est systématiquement nettoyé avec beaucoup d’attention après chaque passage… et peut-être qu’en effet, une toile d’araignée a pu être oubliée. Concernant l’humidité que vous évoquez, une partie de l’habitation peut être légèrement plus sensible lorsque la météo est très pluvieuse mais en laissant la vmc, l’humidité se dissipe. Concernant le village de Grignan, comme vous deviez le savoir, il s’agit d’un village médiéval aux ruelles étroites…Nous sommes contre le rempart du château et le voisinage bien que présent reste très discret avec un voisin, Gabriel, absolument charmant. Les photos montrent précisément la situation de notre habitation. Et depuis la terrasse, nous bénéficions d’une magnifique vue sur les montagnes de la Lance. Nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas vu pu vivre cette parenthèse de la même façon que l’ensemble de nos vacanciers. Nous vous souhaitons encore un très bel été. Carole & Françoise

Charming apartment in a beautiful village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. It is wonderfully situated in the heart of the village with numerous restaurants in easy walking distance. That's for when you choose to go out, as the apartment is very well made and contains all the conveniences you would want (as described). Françoise was a lovely host and provided good information to help us make the most of our visit.

Location atypique située dans les remparts du château, restaurée et décorée avec goût. La partie voûtée est superbe. Idéalement située dans le joli village perché de Grignan. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse. Tout est conforme à la description et merci à Françoise de veiller au bien-être de ses locataires.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir gehören zu den ersten Gästen dieser schönen Wohnung nachdem sie aus ihrem Dornröschenschlaf geweckt und stilvoll renoviert und eingerichtet wurde. Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung recht gut. Steht man zu ersten Mal in diesen Räumen ist alles noch viel schöner. Der intime Sitzplatz ist gegen Osten gerichtet und lädt zu einem Frühstück an der Sonne ein. Leider hatten wir fast nur kalten Mistral mit Regen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Herzlichen Dank für Brot und Butter für das Frühstück für den ersten Tag und die Restaurant– und Ausflugsempfehlungen. Grignan, die Umgebung und die Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
