Discover our brand new apartment, which we have designed to ensure you a wonderful stay (we hope). Very bright, you will enjoy a beautiful living room composed of a sitting area with fireplace atmosphere (Fireplace high-end electric design of the most beautiful effect), comfortable sofa (TRUE sofa bed with comfort Bultex mattress), room dining room and modern fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave ...). The independent room with mezzanine for your suitcases. Contemporary shower room with large Italian shower and hanging toilet. The spaces are divided into different lighting atmospheres (dimmers). An audio system built into the ceiling ... we also took care of the duvets (quality and anti-allergenic, anti-mite ...), optional sheets. Optimized insulation and efficient heating system. Useful surface 40m2.


Located 400 meters from the beach, at the foot of shops, 2 km from 2 golf courses (golf dunes, golf of pines) and the tennis club, 3 km from the equestrian center, 1 km from the sailing center ... central!

PS: the prices posted are temporarily adjusted downwards because the common parts of the building have not yet been completely redone ... and are visually unattractive ... but do not panic ... once at home you will be thrilled! promised!

Kurzurlaub am Brückentag

Drei Supertage vor Ort liegen hinter mir. Das hat sicherlich auch mit dem ungewöhnlich guten Wetter für Anfang Oktober zu tun. Die Unterkunft hat auch ihren Beitrag geleistet. Ich war selten in eine Ferienwohnung, bei der die Fotos so 100% mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Hier ist das so. Man bekommt genau was man sieht. Die Wohnung ist über ein schmales Treppenhaus ganz oben unter dem Dach zu erreichen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, das es dort im Sommer ziemlich warm werden kann. Für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu lein und spartanisch ausgestattet. So weiß jeder Ferienhaus/-wohnung Erfahrene, das man besser die eigene Bratpfanne mitbringt ;-) Das ist hier nicht anders und auch nicht böse gemeint. Kaffeetassen waren gar nicht da, es geht aber auch wunderbar aus Gläsern zu trinken. Erwähnenswert ist die wirklich Mini Geschirrspülmaschine. So Eine kannte ich noch nicht. Schade das die großen Teller dort nicht reinpassen. Alles in allem für meine Zwecke eine tolle Wohnung in bester Lage um auch Ausflüge von dort zu starten. Ich würde es wieder tun ;-)

Appartement très agréable, bien décoré et bien situé, on peut faire une grande partie des choses à pieds, Carrefour City à quelques mètres à pieds. Contact avec le propriétaire facile, instructions très claires. En revanche ne vous chargez pas trop car il y a quand même 3 étages avant d'atteindre l'appartement, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de parking. Malgré le stationnement facile et gratuit, il nous est arrivé de devoir parcourir de longs mètres avec nos bagages car pas de place devant. Une petite machine à laver serait vraiment un gros +, mais sinon il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau du carrefour City 😊

Appartement très moderne, bien équipé et très propre. Bonne literie et couettes à dispo parfaites. Il manque juste de quoi ranger les vêtements. Le portant n'est pas suffisant et peu adapté. L'emplacement est top car à proximité des commerces et de la digue mais pas reposant du tout. La terrasse du bar à l'arrière est très bruyante, idem a l'avant (ne vous attendez pas à dormir avant 3h du matin...) C'est le gros bémol, dommage...

Hardelot est un lieu privilégié pour passer un bon séjour. entre mer et forêt c'est l'idéal pour se ressourcer. La plage a proximité permet de faire de longue balade. Les commerces de proximité offre une gamme de produits de qualité.C'était un bon séjour à renouveler.

Hardelot est un bel endroit pour y passer une semaine. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Nous y avons passé un tres agréable séjour. Petit bémol : les soirs de week-end sont très bruyant à cause des pubs de part et d'autre.

Emplacement au top, au cœur du petit village d'hardelot, proche de toutes commodités. Juste au dessus de bars ; cela ne nous a pas dérangés outre mesures. Je suis extrêmement déçu par Abritel qui ne permet pas de se connecter depuis la Belgique.

Si Abritel nous avait donné l'occasion de pouvoir nous concerter dans les deux sens,c'eut été mieux... Heureusement que l'agence immobilière a pu joindre le propriétaire sinon nous étions à la rue.

Nachtruhe erschwert

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Nachts war allerdings bis 3 Uhr in der Frühe im Garten des Irish Pubs Lärm, so dass wir auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht gut geschlafen haben. deshalb sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist.
