This was our second visit and the cabin delivered just what we needed, we took advantage of all the outdoor spaces, absolutely a delightful week. We will rent again for sure.

The house is very private and quiet, great for relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials and the outdoor areas provide a variety of seating.

The property was beautiful and private just what we were looking for to relax each night after playing tourists all day. Enjoyed grilling for some dinners and having family over. Outside sitting area was used alot. Only issue was that we could have used some extra blankets and the one mattress needs to be replaced. The heated floors were a nice bonus, too. Would definitely go back.

A haven of peace and quiet in a wooded setting, a wonderful place to relax. Wide patio with central fire pit, gas and charcoal grills, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. A spacious living room with AC. Off the beaten path as far as Cape attractions go. We loved it.

Wow, the house exceeded our expectations, just our style, no complaints at all. The indoor spaces, outdoor spaces, kitchen, all the amenities, looking forward to staying again. The privacy and wildlife were a bonus, Ken and Kris were very attentive and great hosts, all in all a vary memorable vacation indeed.

Falmouth stay

We love staying here. It was our second year, and didn't dissapoint. It has a great outside area to sit and relax, or entertain. The inside is beautiful, and clean. We're already talking about scheduling it for next year!

Beautiful Little Hideaway

Our family of four stayed in Ken and Kris’ home for two weeks. It was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and we felt completely at home. House had every amenity we needed and easily accommodated our whole family. The outdoor areas including the patios, decks, and of course the outdoor shower were a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend this property for a Cape Cod stay.

Exactly what we expected. 10-15 mins from town & beaches depending on traffic... great outside yard with fire pit . 2 BR..1 bath.... spacious kitchen & eating area

Great house and Falmouth location

This is our second year at this gem of a house. Clean, with everything you need for a great Cape vacation. Ken and Kris are very friendly and always available for any questions. We will be back!!!!

Loved it!

Very peaceful and relaxing location away from the busier Falmouth areas - which we loved! Felt like we were secluded in the woods and the neighbors barn with horse and donkey next door were a plus visited daily by our 8-year-old. The house is just as described and we really enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Ken and Kris were great hosts and easily contacted for questions. The only small drawback for us was the absence of laundry facilities which would have been handy. Hope to stay here again!

Memories in the woods

The Experience was wonderful. I have rented this property before and knew I’d be back. Very quiet and lovely home. Set in a wonderful location and well appointed with everything you need. Was great to have family over for a fun barbecue. Plenty of outside tables and chairs . Lots of space for grandkids to run around. Ken and Kris were available to answer questions and were also there to greet us upon arrival. Hope to return next summer. Rose Mazzola

Our Stay in Falmouth

We had a wonderful time. This home is clean and beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. If you like privacy, this is your place. We enjoyed nights outside at the fire pit, as well as days going to the local beaches. Downtown Falmouth is close by car and easy to walk about once you get there with lots of shops to see.

Fantastic home in a great Falmouth location.

We just returned from our wonderful week at this house in E. Falmouth. The home is exactly as pictured and in fact it is more impressive in person. We were greeted by Ken & Kris upon arrival to walk us around the property. The property is beautifully landscaped further adding to the charm of the house. You feel welcome from the moment you walk onto the cozy front porch, though the front door and their warm and beautiful home. We have found our new favorite location for upcoming Cape Cod vacations.
