Plagne Center - Large renovated apartment - Résidence Everest

Located on the 13th and penultimate floor of the building, facing south and west, this bright apartment completely renovated in 2017 enjoys magnificent views of the mountains and the resort and also has a large south-facing balcony. The building, ideally located in the heart of the Plagne Center resort, offers direct access to shopping galleries and a ski departure to the ski lifts and ski schools. The Paradiski ski area (La Plagne and les Arcs) offers 425 kilometers of slopes of all levels and varied landscapes!
Very comfortable and spacious, carefully decorated, this apartment is also well equipped and offers plenty of storage.
It is composed of a large main room with open kitchen, dining area and living room, a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and adjoining shower room, a bedroom with 2 * 2 bunk beds (90x190cm) and a bed folding baby available, a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet. A private ski locker is located on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment has been designed to accommodate 6 people (to which can be added a child under 2 years old).
Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is provided at an additional rate of € 20 per person.
End of stay cleaning is charged at € 60.

Clean, well equipped with amazing access to the slopes.

Comfortable beds, all new bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of storage space including a ski locker on ground floor which is only a few meters walk from direct access to the slopes. Stunning views from every window. Warm apartment with easily controlled radiators. Washing machine with good drying area. Only slight issue was only one toilet. Parking was a bit of a walk away but you can drop off at the main doors. 2 lifts up to the 13th floor, always working. Snow chains and winter tyres a must to get up the 20 hair pin bends but all worth it for the slopes and this apartment. Great eating out and cafes and bars. Small supermarket has everything you’d need plus plenty of other shops including chemist. Thank you for this lovely apartment, we’ll definitely be back.

L’appartement est top, rénové avec goût et bien pensé. Tout y est! On a apprécié la machine à laver et le petit étendoir, ça évite d’emporter trop de choses!!L’appartement est idéalement placé, avec une vue superbe sur les pistes. On accède au front de neige à skis. Les boutiques sont directement dans la galerie sous l’immeuble.Les échanges avant la prise de l’appartement ainsi que l’accueil le jour J se sont très bien passés aussi.Je recommande!

とても快適で立地も最高でした

2週間滞在しました。アパートは快適な温度が保たれていて生活に必要なものはほとんど揃っていました。立地やスキーロッカーの場所も完璧でしたが、初めての人にはわかりにくい場所にあるので事前に案内があると良かったです。改善してほしいところもいくつかありました。シャワーの水圧がもう少しあると良かったです。トイレットペーパーのホルダーがありませんでした。テーブルクロスは汚してしまうので無い方が良かったです。洗濯が一回回すのに3時間かかり長かったです。管理人とのコミュニケーションはWhatsAppで問題なく行えました。ありがとうございました。

Un Noël en famille

Une belle semaine de Noël en famille (4 adultes) dans ce bel appartement tout confort et idéalement situé dans la station. Rénovation de qualité faite avec goût. Départ et retour skis aux pieds. Accès tous commerces et restaurants. Propriétaires à l’écoute. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bon séjour, appartement parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien situé (il y a un accès direct au front de neige donc royal!), propre, cet appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour que votre séjour se déroule bien. Échanges sans problèmes avec la propriétaire qui fut réactive à chacune de mes questions. Parfait pour 6 personnes, spacieux comme il faut. Merci Florence ! Je vous recommande +++

Fantastic views from the apartment and excellent location right by the lifts. Nice modern decoration. It would be useful to have a micro fibre cloth for washing up and a recycle bin as well as a rubbish bin. Thank you

sehr modernes Appartment in guter Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ohne Probleme und war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in direkter Nähe zur Skipiste. Vom Balkon aus kann man das herrliche Bergpanorama genießen.

Très bon séjour. Appartement très agréable; Le seule petit soucis c'est l'eau chaude (il y a beaucoup de variation d'eau chaude voire très chaude) On règle la température et d'un coup de l'eau très chaude arrive, puis très froide.

Wunderschönes Apartment in optimaler Lage

Das Apartment liegt optimal in Plagne Centre, mit wenigen Schritten ist man bei den Geschäften und man kann direkt zum Haus mit den Skiern fahren bzw. von dort starten. Die Aussicht auf die Pisten vom Apartment aus ist grandios. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön renoviert und hat eine sehr gute Raum-Aufteilung mit viel Platz. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen!

Superbe !

Si vous souhaitez profiter des pistes de la Plagne, cet appartement est tout simplement idéal. Littéralement au pied des pistes, très bien entretenu et tout équipé, à quelques minutes des commerces et avec un large balcon, l'appartement a été parfait pour les vacances d'hiver de notre petit groupe d'amis, et l'est dans doute tout autant si vous venez en famille. Merci infiniment à la propriétaire Florence de nous avoir accueillis !

Superbe séjour

Merci pour ce superbe séjour: l’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, son orientation sud sur les pistes en fait un lieu parfait pour ceux qui aiment observer les pistes à toute heure. L’intérieur est très soigné et avec beaucoup de charme.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de Noël en famille. L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Il est calme et très bien situé dans la station (accès direct aux pistes et aux commerces). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue splendide sur les montagnes.
