Maison de prestige avec piscine non chauffée contrairement à l'annonce

Accueil très agréable des propriétaires et maison bien équipée. Seul bémol, mais de taille, alors que la température de la piscine était de 23° le matin et 26° en fin d'après midi, le propriétaire n'a pas voulu, malgré plusieurs demandes répétées, mettre en marche le chauffage de la piscine, ce qui nous a causé un désagrément notable, sachant que la présence d'une piscine chauffée était notre 1er critère de recherche. En conséquence, et en notre qualité de client régulier, je souhaiterai recevoir une indemnité compensatrice car nous n'avons pas bénéficié de cette prestation indiquée dans votre annonce.
