Atypical, it is arranged on different levels and spaces of life. Due to its structure in three independent parts and each accessible from the outside, this house is ideal for holidays with friends where everyone can have their own independence while being on vacation together. The design makes it possible to subdivide the spaces. Thus, many rooms can be grouped into suites or independent apartments. The volumes have been exploited so that the apartments remain independent and allow the guests to mix with each other without hindrance. The building includes a large central living room from which two spiral staircases lead to two bedrooms areas with en-suite bathrooms. This principle can accommodate couples as well as families or groups. Depending on the period, part of the house can be rented. An atypical story:
 
This former pumping station of 1895 supplied freshwater from the Rhone Aigues Mortes. The building was originally a water tower with steam popes, which explains its name of Château la Pompe. It is surrounded by fields for horses and organic rice paddies. Its French park has water features with koi carp and water jet, a pool and a spa built around an authentic and rare Roman bath brought back to the 18th century Pompeii. In the park are also a Roman tomb and a stele to the glory of the Emperor Hadrian from the city of Nîmes.
