Great for 2 couples or a family of up to 5. The condo is brand new as of the summer of 2018. All the furnishings are brand spanking new from the beach towels to the dishes to the furniture!

What makes this property unique
The location is what everyone raves about. It's located in Aldea Zama right next door to the Fresh Market where you may get your morning coffee, a sandwich to go, cervezas and more! You're about a mile from the pueblo (town) and less than 2 to the beach. A bike path is available to the beach road and to the pueblo. The Vintage Cafe and Totem Restaurant are steps outside your front door. There are at least two dozen places to eat within walking distance. No need to drive to get a snack!
