Villa Bellevue, located on the hills above Sainte-Luce, offers a 180° ocean view of the island of Saint Lucia and Diamond Rock.

- less than 10 minutes from the town of Sainte-Luce (by car): shops, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, souvenir shops,
- 300 metres from the Montravail Forest, which offers a refreshing walk amid tropical plants and equatorial ferns, during which you can discover the “Roches Gravées,” an archaeological site featuring hieroglyphs carved by the first inhabitants of Martinique.

The 120 m² villa features a spacious living area (50 m²) with a living room, dining table, and open, fully equipped kitchen, all with direct access to the 180 m² outdoor terrace and the private pool with ocean views. A barbecue, two large outdoor tables, garden furniture, and sun loungers are also available to help you make the most of the outdoor living spaces.
The villa features a master suite—with ocean views—including a walk-in closet and a bathtub, a second bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining walk-in closet in the hallway, a shower room, and a separate bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a mezzanine and a third bedroom with a double bed and ocean views.

The following amenities are available: TV, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine and drying rack, ironing board and iron.

Upon request, the master suite can be equipped with a cot and a changing table.

The villa is located 30 minutes from the airport.
