About this property

Close to Silverwood, Cozy Cottage Farm in the woods, RV parking, with open space

Small cottage at the end of a secluded private road. 10 acre small hobby/4h farm, we have chickens, pigs, goats, etc.

Silverwood Theme Park is located 5 minutes from the house. You can go play in the park and come back, rest, eat and go back for more play.

We are close to Farragut State Park with trails galore. We are approx. 20 minutes from Sandpoint and 30 minutes from Coeur d'Alene. The property includes our adjacent shop next to the cottage and our larger home on the opposite side of the property.

* PLEASE READ HOW MANY PEOPLE THE HOUSE CAN ACCOMMODATE *
2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins. The front room has 2 twin beds that can combine to form a Queen as well. You have the entire house to yourself. The house accommodates 6 people. You can have up to 12 if you bring your on tent or RV. Parties 9 or more will be charged $10 extra per person/ night fee. Pets are welcome but NOT ALLOWED on furniture or bedding! Please bring a crate if leaving fur baby during outings. Please, keep animals on leash to protect our farm animals. Animal waste should be picked up and disposed of in metal can outside front door. Please see rental agreement for extra charges.

RV Basic hook up with 50 amp service is available for an additional charge. This way you can invite more family to have fun with. There is no connection for sewage but there is a drain system available in Farragut park. $20/ night for RV power hook-up. Message us for more details.

Other things to note
This is NOT a suitable venue for people with PET ALLERGIES. Dogs and other animals are regularly hosted here, and despite thorough cleaning, host CANNOT guarantee guests with allergies will not be affected.

This is a rural area. You may encounter animals and pests. Bear, moose, coyotes have been on the property. We take many measures to keep bees and ants away from the house, but its possible you may see them. In particular, if you see ants, please notify me so we can take care of them.

You are more than welcome to look at the farm animals, but please DO NOT open gates or let animals loose onto property.

Perfect place for Silverwood trip

We had an amazing time, and the place worked wonderfully for our family trip to Silverwood! Place was exactly as described and hosts were great to work with. We’ll definitely be back if we travel that way again.

The property itself was beautiful and quiet. The amenities were nice and the hosts were lovely - very friendly and funny too! They also gave us great suggestions on local restaurants. Plus the location, 5 min. from Silverwood Theme Park, was super convenient.

Great Family Stay for Silverwood

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Very comfortable, bunk beds were a plus for the kids. So close to Silverwood, we could come back after a long stretch at the park to rest and then go back for more fun. It was great having our dog with us. Loved watching the dozen or so wild turkeys in the morning while drinking my coffee.

Silverwood fun

This little place was amazing. The host is exceptional. Adorable comfortable area for all ages. We had a baby to the oldest that is 73 and all were comfortable in the area. Thank you so much for all the hospitality.

Loved how close it was to Silverwood

Very cute and super private cottage. My kids had fun playing outside and being able to run around. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Already recommended it to friends and family.

Great memorable trip!

Our family and dogs had a wonderful trip at this home. It is so close to the theme park and water park, which made the trip so much better to be so close. It was our first time to Athol and the hosts, Brian & April were very kind. The farm animals were so much fun for the kids and April even let the kids help her walk the pig and feed the goats. Definitely a highlight of their trip. Very friendly property and private as well. We will definitely be back!

Cute experience.

Loved how close this was to silverwood. The owners were quick to respond to a few minor issues, dirt on bedding and refilling propane. It’s a tiny home for 6 sharing 1 bathroom but we all agreed the experience got bonus points. The animals were cute, educational and fun for all ages to check out and feed. Weren’t able to make the fainting goats faint but they gave it their all. The pig was my favorite. Had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and more. Overall enjoyed our stay very much!!

🌺 FAB find for our Family of Five! 🏞

Perfect little cottage, tucked away in a quiet space on a farm - just how our family likes it. Stayed here to visit Silverwood Theme park based on previous reviews and it did NOT disappoint! Literally just minutes away, which made for a quick and "easy" drive home w/ 3 tired kiddos after closing down the park 2 nights in a row! Haha. We even enjoyed some quiet, relaxing time on Lake Pend Oreille at Farragut State Park prior to hitting Silverwood. The kids loved the fire pit and were overjoyed when we were welcomed with a S'mores kit! Wish we stayed longer to enjoy another relaxing day before our long drive home to Oregon. Would definitely stay here again!

Near Silverwood

Loved the location being only 5 minues from Silverwood Theme Park. This two bedroom sleeps 4 with another 2 in living room. Living room beds were great; however, this then leads to no sitting area in living room. Also only 6 seating at bar, no dining table. The owners did provide a foldable table and chairs to be used as dining/eating area. This location also allowed for two RV electrical hootups, which worked perfect. I would reccommend this location if you do not care about the sleeping and dining in living room. I also did not obtain way to get into the home until the day we left home to arrive, via e-mail, which I do not get on my phone; therefore, did not receive before my arrival. Also, whoever sleeps in the living room, the freezer ice machine makes a lot of noice so difficult to sleep. You would have to turn off the ice machine.

Great location for silverwood

The home was great for our needs. Upon arrival you feel welcome. The home was very clean, with everything you would need for a stay. We were renting the home for a trip to silverwood, it was literally minutes from there. Would definately book again!

This place so cute and quaint. It was a perfect location for Silverwood. Brian and Alpril were amazing hosts. I loved randomly hearing the goats throughout the day. So peaceful at night. I will definitely be back there!

Cute cottage near Silverwood

This property was just enough space for our family of 5. My kids enjoyed the 4H farm onsite and got to pet the pig and goats. It was perfectly located for us as we spend two days at Silverwood. We drove to Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene which we both within a 30 min drive. We wished there was an actual couch to sit on at night with the family, but we made due with the folding table and chairs. The internet was spotty, so we had trouble with using WiFi at time. All and all we had a wonderful time! Thanks

Family/pet friendly

Comfortable and welcoming were the two thoughts that came to mind when we first pulled in and went inside! It was just that for the entire stay! About as close as you can get to Silverwood without camping! It allowed us to stay out late and sleep in a little in the morning. The kids loved visiting the animals on the property and the owners were very friendly! We definitely will be back!!

We loved our stay at this cozy little cottage!

This place was perfect for our little family vacation to northern Idaho! It is in a beautiful location. Nice and quiet but still close to everything we needed. It was only 5 minutes away from Silverwood, which was so nice for us with having an 8 months old who we could bring back to the house for naps. It’s also close to Farragut State Park which we loved! The house was clean and well kept and had a nice picnic table, extra camp chairs and just everything we needed. When we arrived there were fresh flowers on the counter and we loved the farm fresh eggs. Having AC was so great with the heat wave!!! The Bradshaws have a great place and we highly recommend it!

Impeccably Clean, conveniently located.

The property was perfect for our family of six. An easy seven minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park with a Super 1 grocery store only 10 minutes away, the cottage was conveniently located. The entire home was spotlessly clean, and the owners were very quick and courteous with communication. Highly recommended!
